Since there wasn't a rerate after VXR jumped previously, I very much doubt there will be a rerate in the upward direction now. The only thing I can see that will kick start this share in the right direction is from some announcement of income and the illusive US license agreement (that's assuming they manage to get a better license agreement than they managed for other regions)

AIMHO, however. Anything can happen given the complexities of the Asian investor's mind.....lol

Oh and lets not forget. I remember it wasn't too long ago when JG's salary was nigh on 15% of the companies market cap !!!!

Certainly a pity our SP isn't going through the roof given the amount of news to be released. I guess investors still have little faith particularly since RPG still cannot get simple projection dates right. What has happened to the Macau launch (I have lost count of how many times it has been announced it would be launched and that's after an import license was granted a couple of years ago) ? And there are still only 4 days left for Taiwan. Surely the market should have been updated on Macau as soon as the date was missed. JG and the BOD are certainly performing their fiduciary duties with enlightened shareholder value by the book....NOT.

Certainly right there Heimdal. As usual the world has left it till the S.h.I.t hits the fan before something is done, then it’s all hands on deck and it all goes ballistic. The US and China have now realised they won’t have a world to fight over if it’s left the way it is. Unfortunately N Korea doesn’t give a monkeys about anything apart from building nuclear weapons. Unfortunately they have not yet realised they won’t have anything to use them on.

That said. My money is on batteries and new forms of energy storage (capable of storing 10x as much power than today), unless scientists can come up with a new material that can produce huge amounts of energy from small self contained devices (science fiction now, but in the future, who knows). Anyway, although copper will be a requirement, it’s the new technology that will make the money in the short term. Just my opinion on the matter for what it’s worth and I’m sure even with the huge possibilities, RPG will continue chasing their tails investing in white elephants since the have huge amounts of experience in that field....lol

Afternoon Heimdal, certainly not given they are a necessary entity for the system to work, however. That isn’t to say that there are not a few bad apples who work the system to their or their employers benefit, unless you are suggesting all brokers are indeed honest and completely sincere .... lol

All interesting, although I thought the company wanted to offload since it’s a legacy investment and no longer part of the companies forward strategy ? That said, if they do decide on taking the 1 for 7 route, which I assume means further investment, that too is in totally the opposite direction to the companies strategy let alone where the 1+ mill usd required will come from ? Currently the company may have a positive looking bank account, but that will soon be eaten up in operational costs, phase iii payments and the elusive ATO final payment.

As an aside. The company should already know how the US study is progressing given they must be having regular update meetings. Let’s hope sufferer numbers willing to seek help is a real positive otherwise we will be left with a similar problem as the EU with possibly little interest in any license agreement if it’s felt product sales are not sufficient enough to warrant investment.

Even with last years lockdowns, Recordati shareholders will receive a 5% uplift on divi compared to 2019. So obviously 2020 business wasn’t too disrupted.

It will be interesting to see if they can perform much better selling our product with the OTC rollout.

Yup. Macau is now behind schedule, however. Given Macau wasn't launched last month, what chance do we have of Taiwan being launched this month? Mind you, we still have a few weeks left to go yet.........

I wonder how the US sales market research report is progressing since we should be getting the final report in May. Hopefully it will not indicate low interest given the highly positive Insurance coverage announcement a few months back. Whatever is the conclusion in the report will be used to aid in the license agreement talks.

Free apps generate revenue by consistent advertising (banners). Even if one manages to delete any, they are immediately replaced by another. Full versions don't carry any advertising , so, you either "pay-up or put up".

That said why on earth will people move over to a 14$/month subscription to know their age day in day out which probably wont change once one has the initial figure. It just makes no sense so even with advertising would that even generate a worthwhile income stream ?

I notice there has been no update (even in the ye results report) on the progress of the DLI and how it or if it is making any money. One would think they would be eager to show a revenue stream ? Just another white elephant by the looks of it. Do they actually do any market research before using SH money to invest. obviously not otherwise, as I stated before, they would have invested in something more worthwhile and seen to generate SH value.

Yes you are probably correct with respect to timelines and cash flow, however. You are certainly not right regarding 30% cut in salaries. Most of the sallies payments go to JG, who even after a so called 30% reduction, still was compensated by options which effectively comes out of shareholders pockets through dilution. It’s nothing other than more share manipulative BS.

Hong Kong has come n gone. You must have been out when they announced it.
The money comes in in one hand and is soon used up with the other. Oversized salaries, rentals, DLI, ATO....the list goes on. More money will be needed for the phase lll, unless some entity steps up to the plate. They need to sort that us license agreement asap.

It will be interesting to see how this is paid, although if they do manage to get that much needed illusive US license agreement signed, there will be no worries... Fingers and legs crossed on this one...... lol

Doesn't appear to be anything regarding any income from the DLI, even if just for a month or two and no real statement on income projections for 2021 and on. Yes, they do state that longevity was worth over 4 trill in 2017 (it doesn't mean the DLI will actually get a bite of it) and they do list the companies involved (how long will they stay involved if there is no real performance), but what use is that if they have no idea what monies the company can/will generate to increase shareholder value or will it turn out to be just another white elephant ? Only time will tell on this, however. They are certainly not putting it over in a proper business like manner with viable projections etc. All my own opinion of course.... :-)
