Obviously time will tell, but I am not going to hold my breath about the DLI until shareholders have been provided with a proper detailed road map/business plan on how DLI will make money for the company and not just speculation on links with InSilico which has its own AI.

You could be right, however. The board also said the same about the DBS and look what happened to that. Unfortunately, you know as well as me that the board know absolutely SFA about anything to do with pharma and are gushing and following orders.

Although I understand JG's salary was reduced, it has not been announced. It will however be included in the year end results, if you can find it. That said, He does not miss out since he is heavily compensated and gets his unwarranted salary and more through awarded options, which, at the end of the day is still at shareholders expense.

His salary should have been reduced by at least 2/3rds a long time ago to be in line with other CEO's of companies with similar market caps. His salary should also have been incentivised based on performance. He and the board have not, in my opinion, been performing their duties as required by providing misleading information, lying to shareholders and constantly announcing schedules on progress that are never met.

In 2019 there was no profit warning given even though the accounts indicated one. Last year was different since they had to adjust more (profit warning + revision). I remember in 2019 I questioned Jamie about it and from what I remember there was some excuse given like “we don’t have to give one” although don’t quote me on it. I’m sure this year is probably the same as 2019. Just a guess.
Dougie go back far enough and you will find your answer. It’s all about how much rpg paid for Fortacin (Ple) which has to be written down as each year passes or something like that. For some reason (you will need to read the announcements) last year they had to write down even more hence the revision. Also why there are profit warnings mid year too. From what I remember it’s about 28mill usd/ year = 14mill/six monthly

I tht it was Feb with Taiwan in March, but I’ll check.

As the title states, the HK launch, although not money making, is significant in that it was the first launch outside of the EU (ROW), lest we forget. ;-)

That said, what’s happened to the Macau launch scheduled for Feb ??? I suspect there will be some announcement tonight, however. If not, then it will surely go into the drawer of yet more fake news by the company.

Today it dropped back nearly 6%.

This growth strategy is a game-changer for Venturex. The combination of the funding provided to the company and the exceptional talents of those joining the board will position Venturex to become a near term producer.

Although the above may be true I wonder if the company has already sold out in keeping with it's strategy of selling out of mining stocks....... ?

I see the GBP is now getting stronger since Brexit. Now at nearly 11HKD = 1GBP. (Remember it was 11.95 when the TO was made). At its best (for GBP holders) we were nigh on 20% up when it was around 10HKD to GBP, now its 11. Maybe by the time we start having an income and dare I say a divi, will it be back to nearly 12 ???

What will come first, the chicken (exchange rate) or the egg (divi)........lol
