RE: Amortization of Fortacin5 Jun 2021 05:18
Unfortunately there is next to no confidence in the CEO, Chairman or BOD, otherwise things would be very different. The Venturex investment is a legacy investment and probably considered by many as of no value towards the companies new plan/direction, otherwise the sp would be now much higher, wouldn’t it ?
Shareholders have been let down so many times on news and timelines that big investors are probably too afraid to step in and take the risk. As far as I can see, the only interest is from day traders which will not change until some real positive news on progress is announced. We may see a spike on the phase II submission, but it’s still no guarantee a phase III start will be approved and within the timeframe given.
Remember, the company has not returned any value to shareholders since 2013, nearly 9 years ago, only dilution after dilution on empty promises. Even all the presentation projections now paint an erroneous picture. I notice no new presentation has been made taking account of adjusted timelines and adjusted sales projections which any possible new investor would use towards their own investment decision/strategy, once bitten twice shy currently comes to mind. I’m sure no II’s will invest before a US license agreement is signed (and that depends on how good an agreement is made which will give a good indication on how the licensee sees sales projections) or they will wait on sales figures.
Even though a report has been made on who will cover the cost and how much they are willing to pay per can, they have still not addressed the problem of getting sufferers to come forward and seek help. I’m afraid that even though the ED/PE prevalence figures may be similar, there has been no discussion on how the known added stigma attached to PE will be handled/addressed, which has been made visible from the EU launch. And although the product is now OTC in the EU, there has been no discussion on how much a price reduction per can will be made or any form of update on sales projections.
So as far as I can see, there is still a lot that needs to be done to instill confidence in this investment. AIMHO of course ;-)
