Point take regarding offloading shedloads of shares, however. If a company like Venturex is heading upwards as an accelerated rate with the huge potential in the current green environment, it will certainly not be too difficult to offload the shares as there will potentially be some interested II's willing to buy in large on prospective returns. Also, I'm sure RPG would only offload in tranches to get the best price.

All speculation as only time will tell how this investment plays out. as long as there are no hiccups along the way.

I see FUM have now received the EU approval and has risen accordingly (market cap 152 mill squid as I write). I remember RPG reached about that value when the product was launched and locked in our EU approval. Lets hope FUM's management can perform better and take your investment to new levels. Fingers crossed and good luck.

I don't necessary agree with your comment "just because our holding goes up significantly it shouldn't have a strictly arithmetical corresponding effect on the s/p (how do you sell such a large holding etc? )" Since there are many minnow miners whose values are huge based only on what's in the ground. No production and not necessarily any majors invested. MARL was one SOLG another (although a major has bought a shed load, SOLGs market cap was already near 500mil before). There are standard market formula used for giving a company a value based on the grades in the ground hence why some companies can be worth a lot without any thought of mining the stuff they are only interested in exploration which can be pretty cheap depending on the contries they are invested in. Its the same with some of the small AIM oiliers whose market cap is based on barrels in the ground without any thoughts on production. Its all deemed to have some value.

As I wrote, I'm pretty sure this is all about what value shareholders put on the company. Us long-term holders understand the future value and invested as such. Unfortunately the company is currently being driven by all the short term day traders who don't care about prospective future value, otherwise they would hold ???

The company also doesn't really send the right signals to prospective investors by paying huge salaries and issuing dilutive options to people who have yet to return any shareholder value since 2013.

The point being that although the company is indeed much further along and in fact in my opinion on the brink of being turned around, the current investors are short term and driven only by % profit and loss and not on long term company true value. As such, the mm's and brokers are willing to cater for whatever price the trader is willing to accept. You only need to look back 6 months ago when the the sp was at an incredible 0.065HKD/share with just the same potential (although in my opinion that price was probably manipulated to buy the DLI, however. It does indicate the mms were wiling to buy the shares at that level as some select individual investors were willing to sell). Fortacin at that point was only valued at about 10 to 12 mill usd.....a totally unrealistic and absurd value).

Last time VXR was at this level was around mid 2012. Up about 600% since mid Feb this year.

Unfortunately the stock is currently of no interest to ii’s since the company has continually let the market down with projected timelines since 2014 (when JG took control of PLE). Also there has been no real market awareness made by the bod or JM who appears to have given up on it as his mind is obviously now elsewhere. And JG has no interest as long as he gets his overinflated non-performance related salary. He has no experience in commercial company affairs of this nature and is out of his depth. As such he has no idea how to sell the company to the market (apart from the usual BS statement I pointed out the other day which is obviously ignored).

No rerate will occur whilst traders/m&ms and brokers think the company is worth its current price, even with an increasing VXR value (most traders I’m sure don’t even know what products the company has as they jump in only when they see the sp going up and are currently not willing to pay more and accept less. Investing only in the hopes they make their 10 to 25% profit.

Just my opinion for what it’s worth, but I’m sure I’m pretty close to the mark given the sp has dropped from just over 0.2 to today’s value in a few days. Let’s hope this expected update motivates more interest.

As per today the company’s worth for Fortacin is approx equal to:

449mill had - 96mill (Venturex) - 81mill (18% for DLI - yes Dougie, 23% was pre share issuance 18% is of total issued shares) = 272mill had = approx 25mill squid which was, if I remember correctly, the market cap of PLE just before the RPG T/O. That was back in 2015 and before the EU launch. Interesting ? ... lol

Sorry to disappoint you but that paragraph has been used at the bottom of all ref to RPG and is complete BS. How they get away with it is beyond me. The last time money was available for distribution was in 2013 (your own words), nigh on 8 years ago and when the company was investing in a totally different direction. I’m surprised JG gets away with it with him being a so called lawyer. But then again, that just about sums his business morals up.

Certainly some jiggery pokery going on since yesterdays drop was due to several single lot (10k share) trades amounting to next to no value and although it has been stated "due to low volume", over the last few days there were days of lowish volume but with largish single sell trades of near the million mark (1 near 1.6mill) and the SP didn't move. Then, this morning a string of single lot trades pushed the price back up 10%. If this is not considered as market manipulation, I don't know what is. But there certainly appears to be something crazy going on involving the the MM's/brokers particularly since all this is meant to be whilst using a fully automated matching system ???

Or should I write yesterdays drop was because, once again, Fulbright failed to put in to place an effective system and control procedures to detect and prevent short selling ???

I cannot seem to see any ref to Fulbright in the first article and the second is from 4 years ago for a different stock. By posting these and with your ref to Fulbright yesterday, can we assume you are stating that Fulbright shorted the company stock yesterday hence the drop ?

With ref to your “an app that has a paper value under 3mill”. You obviously forgot they didn’t pay in paper or cash but with 23% of the company via shares,. That 23% is currently worth just under 9.5mill USD.

Apart from the fact that Fortacin is meant to provide longevity,...lol, I cannot help but feel something else is going on. Ie they will offload PLE and Fortacin. Maybe with a good US deal, who knows. Pure speculation on my part though.

And with respect to the company name change.... I wonder if it changes anything legally with respect to the license agreements. which then poses the question.. Is there some other underlying reason to change the company name ???

Nothing but speculation on my part since they have used the same name for many years. Why now when the company is so close to FDA and China approvals ???

Maybe I'm just thinking too much influenced by the fact that I just don't trust them. :-)

To vote on several proposals including:
To approve the company name change (As if it’s going to make any difference when the same people are running the company)
And re-elect 2 board member. (As if their involvement does anything to increase shareholder value.....NOT)
