Seems the shares shops were not open early and indeed some after breakfast buying activity, albeit from the looks of volume, the normal day trader influx on an announcement. We still have a very long way to go. We are only just back to what it was a week ago. So, still expect a slow decline without further news based on previous trading of the share.

Well certainly no rush to buy shares on that one which effectively means a continued decline from where we are since no further news expected until the half year results (Sorry Heimdal but its going to be yet another profit warning as the figures don't add up to suggest otherwise). Not expecting great things with respect to the EU and Orient appears to have run out of steam.

It will be interesting to see if they manage to sort out a US licensing deal before the middle of next year as "if not before phase III" is never going to happen. And then, depending on the SP, we will have convertible note shares to contend with, although depending on price and if the offer is still taken up (the subscribers would have to be complete idiots to accept shares if the SP is below the 0.2125 HKD award price) the company would need to issue a S-hit load of shares to pay back the loans. Certainly a lot to look forward to.....lol

Of course any signed US license agreement will be indicative on what's expected in future sales so it will be interesting to see if they truly do believe its a "blockbuster" product.

For the phase 3, my understanding is the number of participants only needs to be 75 (not age...lol) although given how the China number increased significantly, this may not be the case, however. Since I am pretty sure the 100 for phase II was pre-agreed with the FDA (which was probably based on the EU usage data which cannot be ignored), we may well see a small study for completion. Of course its anyone's guess what will finally be agreed until its actually announced. ;-)

Well at least we have a positive result. They just now need to get it submitted, so currently expected late August meaning 2 months behind schedule. No mention of any license discussions though.

Anyone see the other announcement re DLI ? More shares being used to to pay consultant fees which surely indicates they are running out of money. So is there needed another placing at mates rates to pay for the phase iii and the ATO which still has not been addressed ??

Maybe because they recently changed their name to Endurance RP. That said, the sp has been in free fall during the last few weeks due to no news and no update on the important FDA phase II results/submission. Now 3 weeks behind the schedule.

Well, one thing is for sure, they have to do it at least as part of the half yearly report. which could be as late as mid August.

The management is a complete waste of space who have a total disregard of all private shareholders.

Wouldn't listing in Shanghai be just the same as if listed in HK. Surely a company would preferably list elsewhere, even if not in the US ?

Although I commend both you and Dougie's optimism, which I used to have a long time ago......although I cant remember when. I have had the "stay tuned "response a couple of times before in the last several years only to have less than inspiring announcements made. He only makes such statements to appease an investor due to a lack of coming clean. Hopefully thr Chinese trails wont be further delayed as happened with the FDA, although given JG and RPG (or whatever) hopefully have no hand in its commencement, it may just start as advised. although I still wont be holding my breath.

Regarding the article. it certainly is interesting and could ultimately end up with the Chinese ruling party shooting themselves in the foot since surely there will be a mass exodus of the larger tech companies (maybe followed by others) to other lands. That's only if the ruling party allows it........Remember. in the end Money rules above all else.

You could be right about the FDA, but then again they have had since 2014 when they stated they had an unambiguous way forward. That was 7 years ago !!!

It’s just constant non-stop incompetence especially since they have been harking on about the US being the game changer etc etc. If that were the case, we would have been much further along the road by now. Given that there is already a 2 week delay without any update surely indicates some problem, otherwise they would be jumping up n down shouting from the rooftops about how good the phase II results are (or should I write were)…… As usual, there is nothing to do but wait, however. We should never forget what a cokk-up this FDA process has been from the start. Not once has an announced timeline ever been met which surely says everything about their abilities in getting it to succeed.

Well..... its now 2 weeks after the end of June. I guess we have to resolve ourselves to one of the biggest cokk-ups since JG was made CEO. Its quite incredible really. All these so called professionals with years of experience and yet they still cannot get it right. 3 years from when the phase II was meant to have started which required only 100 participants (remember start was announced as July 2018) and yet we appear to be no closer. If the results are not as anticipated (why else the delay), what does it mean ??? Another 1 to two years to get the necessary results ???

With respect to China its certainly interesting that the deal they managed to get was no better than the original amount for a single region in the EU (apart from the licensee picking up the study tab which, surely doesn't add up to that much). 2 mill USD for first sales for a country supposedly with 187mill male sufferers. That certainly tells you what confidence they have in the product.

Now...... back to the weekend. Onwards and downwards........

Of course not. How many times in the past 8 years have they let shareholders down with unrealistic timelines and incorrect information. Isn't it obvious they don't give a toss. Even the chairman is supportive of the consistent supply of misleading information, otherwise he would have gotten rid of the CEO and BoD years ago.

Certainly true there. It does make one wonder what they are up to since the DLI doesn't appear to be making any money and looks like it never will. Its turning into another DBC, which the BOD are very competent at....... negative shareholder value.

And remember. So many times they have been transmitting on a different frequency....lol

Thanks for the update. Remember how we all read too much into it....many times before only to be given lukewarm water. Maybe this time is different although I cant feel anything in my water....lol
