It's been exactly a month today since the 2 day window was first announced to the market !!!

What's more, the Chairman, CEO and BOD don't appear to give a fcuk. They really should inform the market what's going on with the phase II submission.

I still do t see any reason to delay a submission on the grounds of license talks, particularly phase II, since the submission still has to be made and surely will not effect anything. The only possibility is if a license is sold outright, but even then it makes no sense, unless a licensee agrees to take over the complete approval process and given phase II has not been submitted could effectively be considered as the start. All just speculation on my part.

Thanks for trying, although I expected as much. The guy is a real dcik. 2 day window now heading towards 4 weeks and no explanation. What a complete fcuk up this phase II has been from start to finish, and its still not finished. Over 3 years for 100 subjects. Really incredible.

Although POM could be right, I’m afraid we have speculated far too often on what the company is or was doing only to be let down with a bump due to incompetence (no other word for it really). As such, I’m not going to get any hopes up on on what they are doing behind the scenes since it’s usually nothing.

I think something is amiss. If they miss a two day window by 3 weeks when they appeared to be on top of it, what else could it be ?? They have to inform the market of the submission since it’s a major step in the approval process which has financial implications.

Certainly a concern that the phase II results have still not been submitted 2 weeks after they were meant to be on a 2 working day window. And given how good they are meant to be, what's gone so wrong ???

That said, the only other possible answer other than a lack of paperwork (they have done it many times before) could be as postulated to me recently by POM that..... "Are the result being held back because of some impending US agreement ?"

Although It certainly would make sense in one way (why else is there a delay), I really don't understand why phase II results would need to be held back because of this as its surely time wasted. I would have thought it more likely if they were results from phase III, but they are not, so? If, however, they are held back because of this, then it could be very good for us all, although given the amount of previous speculation on events, it may just be, once again, down to incompetence ?

Anyone else have any thoughts on the matter ? Need to keep the lights on here in case we miss something....lol.

Although off topic, I couldn’t help reading an article on LSE where the following statement is made.

I think they have missed 3 dates. First was I think announced around mid year then mid August then the last one at the end of August.

Pretty sure they will make an announcement given there had recently been 2 announcements telling the market how good the results are. The last one alluded to the effect that the results were all done n dusted and it would just be a formality to submit, however. Given they cannot even get a two day window right from announcement to submission date suggests something has gone amiss and based on previous ****ups, I wouldn’t be surprised if they haven’t forgotten something. Just my opinion, but why else miss a 2 day window which even the most incompetent (one would think) could get so wrong ?

That said, the market appears to be expecting something given the recent rise in activity. Could there be an announcement tonight ? We will just have to wait n see.

Well VXR seems to have lost steam and is now in collapse mode. 0.52 at close today. Nearly 37% down from the high a week or so ago. Although it’s growth had some impact on the positive profit alert, fortunately the market was taking no notice due to it being a legacy investment and the sp didn’t track its rise. At least they paid off the AT bill.

Lets hope JG applies and gets a job there based on his experience and knowledge in the FDA process and bringing pharma products to market. Once he gone, the company can then accelerate the FDA process to a conclusion. Hopefully within a few months he will bring that company to its knees too and Bezos will sack him....... ;-)

Over 3 years since the phase II was to start and still no submission on a 100 participants. Certainly nothing to get excited about.t !!!!

Unfortunately they (BOD) are a shambles. I mean just look at their eagerness to meet scheduled dates. Ever since JG was put in place as CEO of PLE and subsequently as the leader of the combined company, they have only ever met one date and that was the UK launch to lock in the approval and even then it went to the wire with us nearly losing the approval. They (JM and JG) have nothing but absolute contempt for shareholders. The phase ii submission was to be mid August and then on the 27th they announce, by way of the half yearly report, they would be submitted at the end of August...only two working days after the announcement. If they cannot predict with some accuracy what they would be able to achieve in two days, they have no right to be in the positions they are in (but then again, they have no right to be in their positions anyway). Today is now a week past the announcement and 3 days after the end of August, WTF. The CEO is paid a million USD + options and cannot get even a simple thing as a two day window right. My 5 year old grandniece could do a better job and that's whilst she is multitasking building Duplo (Lego) constructions.

I'm pretty sure if the BOD had been replaced at the beginning with people who had commercial and pharma experience, the company would now be a different kind of monster. Instead we have another 2 or 3 years, if we are lucky, in obtaining that illusive FDA approval. I really get the impression they no longer care (if they ever did) no matter how "excited" they allude to be.

Yeah right. where does it state October ? it states only Q4 and based on previously announced dates, This probably will not start before Jan 2023 and may even be within Q1 2022 (not 2023 as previously written........or could it be since I did write it subconsciously, so could be a sign....lol).

- DLI working with several leading insurance companies. To what end. As I have mentioned before, this currently is the biggest white elephant around. No income after a year and nothing on the horizon except outgoing costs and even some of those dilute long term holders investments
- VXR significant increase in value of our holding.... Err not really. Did you not write that the average buy-in price was around 1 Aus Dollar (which has in fact fallen back 25% in just over a week). Currently at 0.62, they will need over 60% increase just to break even. What upcoming news is expected to help propell it past this point ?
- Very low MCap of just GBP 39.8m - significant upside on good news. All very true, but given their performance on meeting time lines these last 10 years, there is also a good chance of "significant downside" too. Remember it was just a year ago the sp was down at an unprecedented 0.065HKD which means it could even head back down to that level if no substantial news is forthcoming.

The only thing that will currently help improve our financial situation is the signing of a fat US license, however. Given the way they have trimmed back the positivity of that happening would make me think its going to be far later than sooner and then I am apprehensive that they will get a good deal. As mentioned the Chinese deal is a joke. a 2mill usd payment on launch for a country with close to 1.5bill people as compared to one of the E5 is comical. On a pro rata basis between China and Germany, the launch payment should have been closer to 37mill USD :-O

Not wanting to shoot you down completely, but we need to be very realistic here given the managements history of incompetence, lies and smoke n mirrors. If any of those things do happen as you stated, I'm sure we will all be pleased, but we have all been here long enough to know the management are absolute carp.

Not all doom and gloom, but then again not all smelling of roses either.

- Return to profit - Very little to do with a constant income. Mostly attributable to the increase in a legacy investment and the Chinese milestone submission payment which is a one off payment.
- Company remains exited about future prospects - OMG how many times in the last 10 year have they included that in announcements and yearly/half yearly reports ??? so just written BS. If they were that excited, they would have pulled their fingers out sacked the dead wood and we would have had FDA approval by now.
- FDA Phase II milestone submission imminent....Yeah right. its taken 2 years and 8 months since they first announced the phase II had started and that's for 100 subjects and we are only now submitting the results. According to the last line on page 20 of the last corporate presentation phase III will require 172 patients. I'll let you do the calculation, but based on the phase II timeline that adds up to another 4.5 years till we reach the submission date for phase III !!!!
- Very positive results from marketing study in USA. To what end?. There is nothing new in the information supplied and in fact they appear to have taken a step back. (see response to the next point)
- Ongoing licensing discussions with potential US partners...Going from "a license agreements could be signed before or during phase III" to "it is not possible to determine with accuracy the timing of completion of such agreements, and no assurance can be given that negotiations will lead to a binding licensing agreement(s) or at all" They cannot even spell "licensing"" correctly even with a word processor that performs spell checks !!!
- Company pursuing further investments in health and life sciences sectors. As before, this is utter BS. The company has no cash flow so has no money to make investments and whatever money could be made available will be needed to run the company and pay for the phase III trials (unless an ignorant pharma is willing to pick up the bill, which, from the above, is nowhere close.
- ATO tax bill paid in full. Finally, but they have misled and lied to shareholders into making us think they would be paying a year ago.
- Manufacturing issues resolved in Europe + significant scale up to 50,000 batch size, but wait a minute.... upscaling was announced soon after the Recordati license agreement was in place, yet no mention of why it failed. How can we even believe them now ???
- Taiwan launch next month. Yeah right. this was meant to have happened a coupe of years ago like HK and Macau. Best to consider this as not happening until one day it is announced.

It will be interesting to see how tomorrow pans out given the possibility of an operational update in the evening. will there still be no news of the FDA submission ?..... I will certainly not be holding my breath in anticipation. I did that once before and ended up fainting.....lol

Glad you appreciated it. I just couldn’t resist it. The writers on LSE really need to put their sentences together using a little more thought, although I’m sure they probably deliberately wrote it that way and had their office in fits of laughter.

Really amazing that the phase 2 trial were completed at the end of 2020 and we still have not managed to submit he dossier to the FDA yet. What hope have they of completing phase iii and receiving FDA approval on schedule when it’s taken 3 years from initial phase II start announcement (Jul 2018) to today and still no submission !!!
