Well, the share price has certainly been in a freefall these last few days. I wonder if there is yet further behind the scenes workings and they are planning to buy yet another white elephant and give more of the company away to mates for nuffin ??? Only time will tell.

That should be read as Jim Mellon, Co Flounder since he is doing nothing to add any value to ERP shareholders holdings. He has been floundering around for the last 8 years and still the company has not made any money, but they are very good at flushing money down the drain (DBC/DLI) and the CEO gets on a regular basis 1,5mill USD's (even with the recently hyped 30% salary reduction which is just compensated for by oversized options) for doing what exactly ??? Oh yes decimating shareholder value. Onwards and sidewards

But still 100 x faster than the clowns running the company !!!

In fact just a 70k and it drops 0.6%........

Just no trades. No one is interested since they have seen better tricks performed by the kids at the kindergarten....lol

I'm afraid I don't. All we can do is speculate and hope they are indeed pulling a huge rabbit from the hat, although I must admit. I am afraid the companies ability to perform any kind of magic is absolutely carp. Even the 3 cup and ball trick would be well beyond their abilities as professionals....lol

Yup. And not for us. It will be the other companies that make the money. You can be sure JM makes sure of that. As I noted before, the whole deal was highly suspicious given the non connecting timelines of when things happened and when they were announced.

Of course I meant the DBC. Its been so long since that disaster, I've nearly forgotten the name.....lol

You would be better off asking why on earth did JG and co use 23% of shareholders value to purchase a complete disaster, just like the DBS. Of course apart from the obvious of putting money in JM,s mates pockets…..

Just looking at the Plethora Accounts Filed at CH on 9th July 2021 I note MW signed off the directors report (15th June) which stated that the PII Validation study was complete and on track to be submitted in the 1st half of 2021.

He refers to this assisting with on-gong negotiations with potential commercial partners - good or bad things are far from progressing as presented... ;-)

Given the history of RNS's and announcements which mostly gave a positive spin (even when lying) only to let shareholders down, I'm at two minds as to think what they are up to. We have speculated numerous times on logical positive outcomes only to be let down by nothing more than incompetence that I am not going to allow myself to feel too enthusiastic since it could all be just a complete incompetent fcuk-up. The last time they were in discussions with US licensees, and were even at heads of terms back in 2014, everyman and his dog walked away. I could understand if they halted discussions because of the 6 dose failure and continued once it was solved, but they didn't. They walked and didn't stop walking which could indicate an uphill struggle now.

It was never announced that the heads of terms discussions had collapsed, which, considering the financial significance of any US deal, was a complete failure of the CEO in performing his fiduciary duties. So, now I sit and wait in the hopes of just any news. good or bad. ;-)

I wonder who will have an announcement first, ERP or FUM ???

I guess they are hoping it will be known as DVP, although it still sounds like DDT and we know what sort of reputation that has.....lol

Anyway, thanks for that. Could this be an indication of changes that may be coming due to production ??? Although to my mind VENTUREX as a name of a mining company sounds so much better (like Woodside, BHP or Rio Tinto) than "Develop Global" which sounds more like some children's educational company....lol

I couldn't see the VXR trading today either, irrespective what site I visited.

Seems to be an issue with my posts suffering from the same delays.....lol

That said, it looks like FUM are having their own problems in starting their limited phase III study, so not its not just us ..... ;-)

Looks like interest in VXR has wained. Could we soon see an sp below 0.5 ?

Nearly 40% down on our recent selling price. They were certainly luck with that sale..nudge nudge wink wink. And lucky it appears to be non-contributing to the sp….otherwise…..gulp. Lol

The trump card being "anticipates" However, I would think any judge would throw it out given there were 3 dates given, all of which have been missed with the last date only two working days away. Who professionally would quote a two day window without knowing it would be missed. (could even be considered as a form of manipulation on the expectancy of positive news - although to what end since the sp is now heading south)!!! No excuses I'm afraid. Incompetence in a huge way.
