I see new shares have been added to account for last years consultancy fees/

By way of consideration for their services under the Consulting Agreements for the entire term of services, unless otherwise agreed both Consultants will not receive any cash (save for expenses), but instead Dr Verdin and Dr Gladyshev will receive an award of 1,670,000 and 1,110,000 Consultant Shares, respectively.

Although hardly significant, I wonder why only 926,666 shares are shown and I wonder how it relates the sp back then ? I would assume the number of shares was based on an agreed sp to determine amount owed.

Very interesting, but not that helpful for us unless we have a few million in the bank to cover at least the next 12 months. It now seems our only saving grace will be an up front license payment to take us through till the middle of next year and then we really need to start to see income from Europe and or the DLI ?

We are on the home stretch and the market cap will, in my opinion, reflect with the news to come, If not sooner, if they manage to squeeze a reasonable us deal.

I think he has more than likely been promised huge returns on his ERP holding when Fortacin is launched in China and the US. They probably showed him all the figures from the in-house calculation…..lol.

And 10% of ERP will eventually, I’m sure, turn out to be something not to be sniffed at.

It’s funny actually because when JG emailed me to say we would have to wait for an update, I responded by suggesting that given we are now getting closer to the light, they should start issuing regular updates which would, I’m sure, increase interest from long term investors which would provide well needed support to a decimated sp.

I never in my life thought he would act on my advice…..lol…

Anyway, I for one won’t look a gift horse in the mouth……Hopefully we see further sp support today….

A very good analogy “ launch the kites and see how they fly” unfortunately they only fly as good as the fat controllers, which in many cases of Jim’s exploits have been far from satisfactory. And in this instance could vey well be the same given he only employs yes men with no suitable experience. I personally won’t be impressed until the company shows some income at least enough to cover their own costs since currently the DLI is just a parasite. Incidentally where does that leave Dr Z since he was the CEO? What on earth is a Chief Longevity Officer? A person who may live long, but apart from that does what exactly…I didn’t know there was such a thing !!! :-)

And as you noted….another DLI update, that’s 3 updates in a row….I think I need to sit down as my brain just cannot handle it…..lol.

Let’s hope they do manage to commercialised something next year. Certainly would be a real bonner if China, US and DLI all come together to give the SP a real kick up the backside……..

I missed it too and only looked today thinking...maybe they will provide another Fortacin related update today. Certainly unusual if ever to have an op update two days in a row. Obviously Jamie is having an epiphany and suddenly realising there are indeed shareholders other than themselves.......LOL

Any “deep” thoughts on whether todays rise was linked to that announcement ?

And another operational update yesterday for DLI, announcing yet another mouth to feed with the appointment of a CEO whose name is shortened to Deep (no kidding). I’m sure given the experience of ERP, they thought by employing a man with the name Deep will give good karma……not….lol.

Anyway, even though they state figures on a potential market, the company has still yet to make 1$.

Well, a surprisingly good start to today. It will be interesting to see if the sp can for once hold onto gains. I may be wrong, but given the positivity of the Chinese connection, could we now see a slow steady rerate as we get closer to the NMPA approval ?

It would seem that the Chinese are slowly opening up with regard to sexual dysfunction. The below link to an interesting article appears to indicate that. Although from 2018 and mainly discusses Viagra and ED, it does mention PE at some point and concludes that sexual dysfunction is a growing market. What is also interesting is that the two studies they reference indicated that around, if not more, than 50% suffer from ED, which could indicate a similar number of sufferers with PE and I would suspect many suffer from both afflictions.

Anyway, it certainly makes for an interesting read.

Yes, very strange why anyone would want to sell at this low with more positive news to come. I guess its all those caught in the last mini pump n dump. They are even probably selling at a loss.

Well, I am certainly surprised we eventually got one given It was alluded otherwise. Anyhoo. Certainly heading in the right direction. China is more advanced than I would have thought given the recent lockdowns, but I guess when money is no object things can be made to happen.

The EU appears to be making advances such that it will soon be on the shelves as OTC and of course with recommencement of production, certain Asian regions will be on sale too. It’s just unfortunate that the patent will run out at about the same time leaving poss only 1 to 2 years to make any decent money.

The US phase III has still not started which is a disappointment as is no mention specifically of the US deal, which I guess, but don’t understand why if there is so much positive data, is dependent on the phase III.

So from that, it certainly appears that 2023 may be the year of ERP. (Only 7 years after the EU launch and 9 years after the 2014 unambiguous way forward regarding the FDA approval process). Certainly makes one wonder what the A team have actually been doing all the time…..

How long do they have remaining for both the EU and the US ? According to the 2019 presentation.

EU Market Exclusivity Expiration in 2023.

US regulatory exclusivity protecting Plethora’s data is expected to run for at least 3 years from the date of FDA approval for Fortacin™ in the US, though it could be 5 years if the FDA treats Fortacin™ as a new chemical entity.

Note. Any generics will need a few years to complete all studies and get approval, however. Given Fortacin is now OTC in the EU, I would suspect that could mean a generic in the EU could take less time.

If I have gotten the time period right, isn’t Jamie’s 400odd mill shares due for inclusion this month ? (I really don’t suppose he’s gg to ask for the loan back). If so, is there a slight possibility any good US deal signing has been delayed until after the shares are included so that JGs % is much higher such that if any money is returned to shareholders (if there is a largish up front payment) we get less and he gets more !!! I wouldn’t put it past them.

All speculation on my part, but one never knows in these times and with this company and its reputation for misleading, lying and smoke n mirrors……. :-O
