Yes, it certainly would be a boner (literally) if news was forthcoming which could only really be regarding a US license deal.

Anyway, nice to see some renewed interest today, although I wont be holding me breath on Monday for a further rise as I am sure the sp will be dragged back down again.

Totally off topic, but interesting.

I have been watching BOO and ASOS for a while and its interesting how extreme the sp's have fluctuated in just over 2 years.

Before the pandemic BOO was about 2.5bill and ASOS was just over 3. In Feb/March 2019 they both dropped considerably due to market overreaction and Boo was around 1.1bill and ASOS about 1.5/ within the next 12 months they both recovered and some. BOO reached the dizzy heights of about 5bill with ASOS hot on its tail.

Today, BOO has a market cap of just 0.723Bill and ASOS 0.856Bill which is a fair way of their recent peaks and goes to show just how much sentiment plays a role in pushing or lowering the sp of a company. Yes, there have been a few hiccups with the companies along the way, but those should not have so much impact as sentiment has.

Anyway, I thought was interesting....lol

Interesting. For an hour between 14:30 and 15:30 there were a string of buys. even 1 at 1 mill and 1 at 1.48mill.

I cant decide if this is a small pump n dump or just someone taking a risk investing or someone adding to their holding.

Since Heimdal hasn't appeared, as usual, and the sp hasn't sustained much in the way of a gain, I can only assume these trades maybe from a genuine holder.

And regarding the sp, you are correct. I have stated many a time Low lows create Low highs and high lows create high highs, although I’ve never seen one of those….lol

It could just be he is a compulsive liar and and get some strange satisfaction out of it. A leopard not changing his spots comes to mind… :-)

Late yesterday I received an email from JG effectively saying that all information (I asked about timelines) would be included in the interim report which I don't consider as positive as when he suggested an op update would be forthcoming, since there have been far too many promises made in the past where shareholders have just been let down. That said, I also asked about why the Phase II is still not shown as completed or why the phase III is not even referenced as started on the FDA gov website. Suffice to say he never addressed that question which leads to several speculative reasons. One being due to the impending US license which could alter so many things. That said, I'm afraid I cannot be that positive about that one given they have been promising approval and a deal since 2017.

Anyway, its anyone's guess why he offered an update now only to withdraw it. Apologies its not more positive given the way he responded to my first email.

I wonder why it doesn't appear to be registered on the gov website ?

Although if you recall, our mob stated that the phase II had indeed started in July 2018 only to then announce it would start in Dec of the same year. I even emailed JG at the time regarding the start since it was not showing as recruiting on the website. In his email response he was pretty emphatic that it had started. Of course there could be a lot of difference between FUM's CEO and ERP's, but from what I have read over the years, there is not a lot to choose between either of them for bending the truth.

I've actually just sent a follow up email to JG. It will be interesting to see how he responds, although I am half expecting a response along the lines that its now a closed period blah blah blah :-)

I did notice there is a PE product registered from Egypt in 2019 and 2021, although it is not for Fortacin.

And, although a little off topic, I also notice on the FDA government website nothing related to FUM's ED product ?

I notice that the FDA gov website still does not show anything about pahse III. Infact it still indicates that the pahse II has not completed !!!

Well it’s now hit 2A$ (0.4 in old money) which I would suspect may be a psychological barrier allowing it to drop further. I really cannot fathom what has caused the recent lack of confidence. I hazard a guess that initially the drop may have been due to holders of the recent placing cashing in, but the sp is surely now well below any profit locked in profit ? Ok the global financial situation may not be helping, but would it really have that much of an impact on the DVP which is a long term investment ?

If you remember back, it took them more than 6 months to update the RPG website to reflect the change from mining to pharma and we all know how long it should have taken in days let alone weeks or months. That was all at the hands of JG who is paid a shti load to organise these things. Breweries and pish-ups come to mind …lol

What we need now are a few more pump n dumps to at least keep the sp in the high lows.

I received the email about the op update on Friday 29th April, 7 weeks ago, so I guess at the extreme we could still be considered as a few weeks, but we are now heading into several week territory, although his wording did give the impression it would have been sooner.

As you write; It's either one way or the other, however. Given the current disaster with the DVP sp. surely the company must again be in dire need of cash, which is surely needed if the phase III is to be finished as stated. The China trials must also surely be delayed by at least 2 month (unless all testing facilities were outside of the lockdown areas, (which I very much doubt) which would possibly mean a December finish rather than the projected October. And of course any US license agreement would have a huge impact on this, however. Given the desperate state of the company, which any licensee must be aware of, they surely will be trying to tighten the financial thumb screws to their advantage.

And I would guess still no contribution by the DLI apart from an additional drain on what finances the company has. The company may not even be able to pay back the loan to Jim and may even have to ask for more cash. All pretty much touch and go as far as I can see.

And of course, if my memory serves me right, Jamie's loan shares will be due for issue next month (what was it ?something like an additional 400 to 500mill additional shares which will see the sp drop again to keep a similar market cap. (I very much doubt its already included).

So all in all. its looking pretty damned good...."NOT"....... LOL

Yes, the update is certainly way overdue which leads one to think why?

Is it due to more fcukups or is it due to a delayed US license deal (squeezing those extra 10 or 20mill out of the tight fisted pharma…lol
Fingers crossed it’s the latter. ;-)

I wonder if we will see more interest (buying) now that we are getting closer to both US and China approvals, although I would suspect this wont happen until the operational update which should provide more accurate timelines the closer we get. Hopefully there wont be any skeletons in the cupboard which we have become accustomed to reading.

Although a play on words, I would argue that a few weeks means 4 to 6 weeks (which have passed). Any more than that I would say is several weeks. Of course it means nothing since some, like JG, use a few weeks to mean years. (A bit like them announcing that they were at heads of terms with a US license, many years ago, and advising that the market would be updated in due course, which was never done and as such theoretically, they should still be at)……..lol

So I’d guess he just writes these things (as he has done a few times before) to keep us LTH’s off his back. :-)

Yes we certainly are due an update given I was advised there would be one. I suspect Bothwell has already asked JG hence his post regarding sometime in June.

That said. Although they are now in a closed period, which should make no difference, it’s only another few weeks and some when the mid term report is due. So, if there were some delay in getting together info, they would more than likely roll it all into one.

Of course I would be disappointed if they did, given I was advised otherwise, but we can only hope something is given this or in the next couple of weeks. Like always we can only speculate on what the A team decide to do.

Hopefully it will also include something positive about a US licensee agreement,
