I was hoping I was wrong because of ..... once bitten etc....However, although I am in no way an expert, it does seem like it. Especially When Heimdal arrived as usual on the day to give a quick pump, although I am uncertain as to what he may feel will be gained doing it on a BB where only you and I post.....lol

Unless a lot of Chinese are reading it, which I very much doubt? Mind you, they have nothing better to do at the moment do they.....

And even if China is delayed by another year due to walls being put up around apartment blocks (it’s like trying to stop a tsunami with a cup), the US will still come through. ;-)

Obviously not. It seems to me that the HK pharma rally that you pointed out last Thursday was nothing more than being used by a broker as an excuse to pump n dump ERP shares on the back of the 600% rise they were involved in elsewhere which was easy to achieve with the background of other genuine risers. Small pi’s we’re easily led like a sheep to slaughter. I guess we stood out like a sore thumb to be taken advantage of.

Although, I’m sure this could be the last one given positive news and a change in fortunes is imminent.

I am still positive that things will start to happen soon. but it just seemed no logic in selling given how low the sp is and there cannot surely be that many who bought at such low levels to enable them to make anything worth while ? The numbers just don't seem to make sense. am I missing something really basic here. Unless the sellers were the ones who bought high yesterday and the price was dropped to trigger stop losses ? could we see another rise on Monday ??? A lot of speculation there but only cos it dun make any sense.... :-)

I didn't think it could have been given the expected news, but following the decline from yesterdays highs (finishing at nearly 16%) and then todays decline with an effective overall gain of 10% on yesterdays start, I certainly don't know what to make of that. A lot of sells today vs buys and not at very high sp's. Were they really only after a 10 to 20 % gain ?

We have been trading at historic lows, so why sell with such meagre gains, if any ?

Certainly a fickle and unpredictable share at the moment.

I blame Bothwell since he posted "will we see 0.15 again" which we did, but only for a day. Why on earth didn't he post "will we see 0.15 again with a continued rise to at least 1HKD"........lol

Depends on what the reason was/is for the rally. 18x would be great, but given that would equate to an ERP market cap of 550mill squid, which is far too early in my opinion. Maybe once we receive a license agreement plus both the US/china approvals, then it certainly could be possible.

Generally not the sort of rise we usually see even for the occasional P & D, so I guess am announcement is due ?

Seems to me that information is afoot given there are less buys this morning than yesterday at this time and we peaked at 0.188 = 44% within an hour and 10mins.

That’s why juvenescence is in the longevity business. Folks would need to live long enough to invest if and when the iPo is forthcoming.

Another good day for ERP, although it seems to be in fits n starts with any gains tending to being wiped out with a few 10k sells. That said, it would seem there is more interest which I guess are folks who have been waiting on the sidelines now seeing a light at the end of the tunnel.

Why because, apparently, it'll make you live longer. You could also ask Jim or Jamie since.....as with the cannabis debacle, they would only need to read the linked article once to suddenly become experts....lol

Interestingly what has happened to Yooya. SEED hasn't exactly taken off with their purchase. Seems we were really lucky to get out of that one and the supposed concrete alternative.

ERP trading is certainly fickle; down nearly 7% yesterday on only 100k shares and up only 12% today, as I write, on 2.5mill shares bought with less than 1mill sold.

Maybe ERP should consider farming, but they’d probably mess something that simple up too….lol

Although, given its spread over 4 years is effectively 20%/year. Surely the SP should be closer to 4 AUD ?

Well at least Develop is getting paid work, which, as you say should impact the sp. especially since it represents about 80% of the current mkt cap.

IMHO….
1. He does not appear to be a businessman.
2.They are all mates and have been together for many years. So I guess he doesn’t want to lose the “yes” men. Apparently the investments DBC, DLI are his doing. He tried to distance himself from the DLI by suggesting it was Jamie’s doing, which I’m sure he had to do because he has his fingers in too many life science pies, longevity being one of them.
3. Jim doesn’t really need the spongdoolies. He is already a billionaire and all this investing seems to be just a hobby, although he does like the control. Mind you I’m sure he would like the prestige of being higher on the rich list.
4.One just has to look at the other investment failures at shareholder expense LIFE, PEBI, for example.
5. He thinks an ordinary hollow body acoustic guitar is a solid body Les Paul electric guitar (very embarrassing) …Lol

I think they may be holding back because of ongoing license discussions.

My understanding from sometime back is that the FDA have signed off on PEBEQ PRO and appear to have bought into the remaining program (Phase III bridge and Reference Listed Drug study). Both are designed with the former in USA and latter in UK which will be used to dictate trial size. Apparently both can be completed within this calendar year, but that does assume Endurance prioritises funding.

The NDA is apparently already 95% written and just needs the results data for completion.

As mentioned before, I understand too that Recordati have found a solution to manufacturing by using an alternative (Italian) manufacturer.

I seriously don't think anyone will get anywhere with that. The BOD including JG are yes-men to Jim Mellon. The BOD or should I write, the remuneration committee are the ones who propose of JG's salary and unless there are enough shareholder votes to say NO, it will never happen and that's because the majority of shared are held by JM and his cohorts. I think I am right in writing that every 2 years he and other directors are reelected with the same issue they just keep voting themselves in and since they are voted in, shareholders are effectively approving of his work. Also not easy since the company is registered at some box in the jungle on an island....lol

All one can do is email JM and complain, like I have done in the past requesting that the BOD and JG need replacing with competent people. Of course we can all see where that has gotten me....absolutely nowhere. If anyone is to blame, its JM for not performing his fiduciary duties as chairman and replacing everyone....even himself....lol.

Certainly was larger and interestingly there was no 10k sell to bring it back the even sevens. Probably the first trade tomorrow....lol.

Obviously interest has increased given the last few weeks increase in volume. Things are certainly looking up. just need that us license agreement in the next month or two....Mind you, no news on the commencement of that phase III trials. Surely the FDA must have given the go ahead by now ?

Maybe an exaggeration on a years sales, but you understand what I’m getting at. Certainly some sales with an indication of possibilities. The sp would certainly be a lot higher by multiples of the current level… ;-)

Unfortunately, our management are inexperienced in commercialisation of a product. They award a licence and then wash their hands of it. Certainly not hands on people. Also, it takes money which they would rather spend on horrendous salaries and stupid investments that lose money which would have been better used bringing this the product to market sooner. The main reason the phase II took so long was because funds were not made available. Just think. If the phase II had completed as per the original schedule, we would probably have had US approval and a license agreement with a years sales by now, which, would have far exceeded the money spent on other money sucking avenues. Certainly no business foresight from way it has all been handled.
