Just to rephrase what I wrote re Macau. Both HK and Macau are special administrative regions of China with both having immigration control. HK has about 7.3million inhabitants whereas Macau has only approx. 600k. So I'm not sure why they feel Macau is necessary ?

Ahhh here it is. In the interim results: "The Company has also formally approached the Hong Kong Department of Health and indicated its intention to apply to register Fortacin� for sale as a pharmaceutical product in Hong Kong with Macau following suit".

I wouldn't pay much attention to Alq, since he/she is not invested and has always had a hidden agenda/grudge with the product and the company.

They also I think, and please correct me if I'm wrong, mentioned Macau which is just across the water from HK. Although I'm not sure what the significance is with this since its a special administrative region of China. Maybe the back door so many on here have alluded to.

No one has any information on China or Hong Kong apart from what's written in the announcements. HK is meant to happen before the end of this year, however. Since nothing seems to have been mentioned in the announcement a couple of days ago, although China was, I'm pretty certain it will be delayed (based on historical events). But we still have 3 months yet so I could end up eating my words. The FDA approval, in my mind, could have been now if they had started the process back in 2013. The market were informed of ongoing regular discussions with the FDA, so why it took so long to decide what they needed beats me. Obviously JG would argue that they were pursuing the 6 dose can route, however, they could just have easily started with the 20 dose can and gone for a variation. And what do you know, they have ended up going down that route anyway and at a cost of nearly 3 years loss of exclusivity. Amazingly they stated it's better to go with the 20 dose than the 12 dose, what a complete waste. I think the only way it could be sped up is if Trump got involved, but he's far too busy tweeting the rest of the world....LOL At least we now have the EU launch to look forward to and possibly .... and Ill write that again... possibly one or two ROW licenses sometime next year.

It will be interesting to see what impact this will have on the sp tomorrow. It should at least reverse the recent slow decline.

Phew....at least it's now cast in stone and we are now on our way on the road to recovery and hopefully 'and some' :-) What happened to pheasant surprise or was that it ? The next announcement should be receipt of the needed 4mill euros.

Closed today. Since Bignose had his birthday on a Sunday 1st October, the HKSX is closed on Monday 2nd (the day following the birthday). Just our luck eehhh.

Sometime early 2018, although that will now have slipped....unless there is any on the HK launch which was meant to happen before xmas this year....which is also probably another white elephant..... LOL No point in attaching anything to JM's tweets since none of his previous tweets have proven to yield anything of substance.

Regarding the volumes. As I have stated before, I really do not think the majority of investors know what the company now does or has as a product. most of what we are seeing are just small pi traders who are hoping to make 5 to 10 % a day which is how RPG has been worked/traded these last few years. Once things pick up and we actually have a product to create an income and the SP rises considerably, they will be kung fu kicking themselves (either "dragon claw" or "monkey banana" techniques....lol).

Its more than just a month given that JG stated the EU launch is delayed by 3 to 4 months because of the negotiations.....does he really know what he is doing or has he just spent all his professional years riding on someone else's wave crest and just fumbled his way through ???

This has already taken 3 to 4 months longer than it should. That's why the EU launch was delayed from Sept/Oct to early 2018. As stated in the announcement. There is no legal/contractual reason why it should take longer since its just an addendum to an existing agreement. There could be a delay due to other non announced linked activities, but that is pure speculation based on a probable twitter comment. Either way, a further announcement should be made. That said, and going by the reason for the delayed EU launch, any further delay on the agreement being signed will push the launch date back by, I would assume, a similar amount.

We shd receive an announcement either way then.......pigs might fly comes to mind :-)

Or even, hasten I to add, this evening brings (HK time) sometimes announcements have been made at around 18:00 to 19:00 hrs. Another hour and a half yet...... :o)

I wonder how long the waiting time will be for incoming planes to recharge or will they rebrand to "EvereadyJet" and just use rechargeable batteries..... ;-)
