Pom No expert, I'm just naturally nosey :-) Neither do I. I have already started taking action and requested the first word be removed from anything chicken related and the 2nd word be removed from anything structural design related. Reading from the announcements of what we can expect from March 1st 2018 onwards, I'm pretty confident my broker will be right.......Long live Fortacin....... Hooorrraaahhhh.

Whereas I was initially told by my broker, "2017 is going to be massive" (before the issue of the additional stability tests and adjustment to license agreement were known), It is now pretty obvious ..... "................2018 IS GOING TO BE MASSIVE................" Hoooorrraaahhhh.... ;-)

Pom, I'm pretty certain they will sell at the lower price pre 3x batch size production. However, if there is a slight possibility of a problem on approval, they will just have to absorb the difference until such time as the 3x batch size problem is sorted, although I'm pretty confident there will be no problem.......Just me thinking too much. :-)

Pom Wrt my earlier post. I was questioning the link in dates between launch and variation approval on larger batch size. It would be really stupid for Recordati to start selling the product at one price only to sell it at a more favourable one 2 or 3 months later, if approval is given. As such, I think Recordati, although placed orders now with PSNW, will surely want to use the same price point. Hence the EU launch, I'm sure, is to coincide with the expected variation approval on batch size date so the same price can be used. Hopefully the process will be a formality, but given past hicups, I'm sure the launch date has a slight risk attached to it.

It seems to me the HK market reacts to current news. As you write could be the usual P n D. Currently the share is a heavily traded stock and has been for years. I'm sure this won't change until money starts rolling in to sustain company worth and pay for possible dividends and/or share buy backs. Since we still have 4 to 5 months before EU launch (as long as the variation is approved and stability tests are ok), I'm sure the sp will rise a bit more over the next few days before sells exceed buys and the then slowly drops back to a higher level than before the rise. This will probably hold with the usual +/- 1 to 2% fluctuation as has been seen during the last few months. With the EU launch combined with another 4 mill payment the sp should be pushed much much higher. As I wrote before, hopefully the end of Jan beginning Feb profit warning will be overshadowed by this and will not have any impact. But then the HK investors are a fickle bunch so who knows. Not me that's for sure. ;-)

I have been rereading the last few announcements and although the below wont change anything, I'm just curious if things have not happened as the announcements have led us to believe. And of course please ignore if not interested or correct if I have misread anything. According to the announcements was it not the case that the 3x batch size increase was to be ongoing whilst Recordati started selling the product in the EU late 2017 ? Was it also not the case that the expected 3x batch size approval was expected early 2018 ? We were then informed that the launch was delayed due to the time taken to reach an agreement ? The way I read it based on the last announcement is that the reason for the delay is because Recordati want to launch using the lower price point which wont be ready till early 2018...i.e March which is probably why the milestone payments were significantly reduced (because of can size price) where the % drop due to loss of exclusivity doesn't seem to reflect the % drop on milestone payments i.e 10mill to 4million. If the way I read it is correct, is there still some risk, therefore, of the launch being delayed if the 3x batch size stability tests fail and are further stability tests needed ? Just something that's been bugging me regarding why it took so long to sign off the revised agreement and then for Recordati to change from late 2017 to early 2018 given that they must have already known that the agreement needed revising and probably had some idea of what they wanted several months ago. Please shoot me down in flames, but all the jiggery pokery that went on these last few months and content of announcements doesn't seem to make sense to me. Not wanting to rock the boat, just want the company to be transparent and truthful........ Am I wishing for something that will never happen? Am I still being too critical? :-)

Certainly a long time to approve on an existing dossier !!! We may be realky lucky and see it approved and launched at the same time as the good old USA. ....... I wonder what further delays we can expect on the ROW license agreements, hopefully none. I'll keep my fingers crossed just in case. :-O

No more news to be expected (apart from possible FDA progress update) now till next year. And given that the eu launch is now in March, I expect a profit warning in Jan - Feb. Hopefully it won't dent the SP at the time too much and again hopefully it will be the last one......ever..... :-)

Oh n Pom. It would appear "early 2018" could have been written as "in the first quarter" ........LOL.

Some good news n some bad. Good news: Receipt of the 4 mill Euros which in my mind now ratifies the agreement. 6 other eu countries will be launched in the second half of 2018 which initially was the case but then changed to "in the following years" Bad news in that Hong Kong won't launch, if approved, until 18 to 24 months later. Totally different to "hopefully before the end of 2017" This still shows they are not doing their homework on approval process requirements before opening their big mouthes. This won't help on shareholder confidence on future announcements since they always get it wrong. That said, the news that has just been announced means we are now off n running. Good luck all :-)

Read the past RPG and PLE announcements over the last 4 years. Certainly a lot of unsubstantiated nonsense there. And that's by the companys that have the product and are meant to be selling the product. One can just make up whatever rubbish one wants. It's more likely to be fact than what the company may post.

Agree it's new shareholders that are more of interest in driving the sp. But surely future LTH's will do their own research n read all previous announcements which will pain a picture of misleading information and delays. The receipt of the funds will at least surely make them feel more comfortable in buying in otherwise it's just "same 'o' same 'o' with nothing to show that the agreement has indeed been signed. Remember many 's' time we all thought things had been agreed only to be slapped in the face. And yet we still don't know if the money is received. What does that tell any future investor about the agreement.
