Pom There is absolutely no issue with it..... Your jousting partner, as always, is just making a lot of background white noise hoping to cause some short term chaos, even if are generally always good reasons behind everything. Mind you, there cannot be many of us LTH's left here so, apart from the odd one or two nervous investors, it's more than likely falling on deaf ears.

All very interesting and in fact this time last year we had the same expected profit warning. It will be interesting to see how the market reacts to that. Is the current slow rise due to day traders expecting something more in the end of year results or is it as Pom speculates due to interest/awareness? Very difficult to predict given the fickleness of the HK pi. They do seem to jump on the back of a rise hoping to make their 5 to 10%. Hopefully it is awareness with the multi-territory launch in March and not just expecting something good in the year end results, although JG may add some form of operational update to help provide support (Macau / HK progress update. US progress update and even and update on any other ROW licenses). Take your pick. Otherwise this could go back down to a saucer under the cup.....LOL

In one of the FFWD RNS's Dattels has his name at the bottom a Co Chairman, although that was at the end of 2016 which was the time I was looking for the RNS about the DBS, which I couldn't find...... the usual jiggery pokery going on ;-)

Although they certainly don't need the money with the 2nd 4mill euros payment expected in the coming weeks (depends if the launch is at the beginning of March or at the end, although it has been indicated as early March) My god !!!....We've already reached nearly the end of the first week of 2018. Hopefully the SP rise will also be that quick....lol.

Morning Pom I understand all that, I was just looking at the rise at FFWD and the link here......which seems to be the DBC and Mr Dattels. He may be mining, but when I last looked yesterday he appeared to be the Co Chairman (unless he resigned there and I missed it in a FFWD RNS). Also, my ref in the earler post re a possible placing was more to do with II's wanting to come in at pref rates. JG may want to help his mates out by giving them an oppertunity. This was something of a possibility highlighted by my broker. Maybe it is on no concern, but if JG wants to attract substantial II investment, he may consider it ?

I see FFWD has/is making terrific gains and looks like it will continue, particularly with upcoming IPO's they are invested in. Reason I post here is because they too have links with J Mellon via Stephen Dattels (Co-Chairman) and via the Diabolical Boot Company which as of 30th Sept 2016 FFWD held 25,978 shares. I wonder if they have written this investment off now to concentrate on the others which differ in that they are real companies with real goals... LOL There was an announcement around Oct 2016 where they stated they would not be investing further in the DBC because they had not met their milestones, although I cannot for the life of me find it. I remember it was interesting since the DBC had made no statement JM had not and JG when I emailed him about it pleaded ignorance and was indifferent even though RPG had invested a few million. He and the board must feel so embarrassed to have been led by the nose by JM on this one. They cannot even bother to get an update and inform the shareholders who indirectly put up the money !!!

But in all seriousness..... I had a discussion with my broker who had been trawling where ever he could to find out if there was any info, but unfortunately only came up noodles.... :-) However, he did say that he would arrange a conf call with Jamie soon to discuss what his plans are. Will Jamie be considering another placing to appease institutional investors wanting to buy in now its all signed sealed and soon to be delivered. ??? That is not to say II's have not already, as discussed several times by PO ?

Local traders misread the contents of the brown envelope placed under the dustbin outside Fuk U 2 takeaway. something to the effect of " Flook oup for RPG plofit warning in next 2 of weeks" however, Due to the recent rains, the ink in the word "warning" ran and was mistaken for "with lots of noodles", which everybody knows is very positive.......LOL

Well that's pretty darn strange. My EU launch post and all others related seem to have been removed. Now I wonder why. In summary: Recordati have excitedly confirmed "it's Go Go Go".

Pom 1) a lot of speculation on both sides with nothing to substatiate any of it. All I know or should I write feel is that we have something pretty unique even when compared to all the other products and because of this, I'm quite prepared to wait. Dr Mike knows his onions as well as his bananas and his opinion is that this will sell as there is a need. He doesn't make this stuff up, Irrespective of what some posters on here think they know who seem to be getting a lot of egg on their faces as we close in on actual events.

Although about 3billion were traded back then, the numbers still don't make sense given that if one were to consider available free-float. To me it seemed like approx. 3 x the remaining shares were bought and sold, which points more to traders. Any significant position takers, as you have speculated, would have reduced that number as the shares would have been out of circulation. Of course that is not to say the remaining shares were not traded several times ? And again surely some notification would have been made as to holdings. Not all large holders would ignore the need for this. Granted maybe one or two who just couldnt be bothered, but not all. Historically this stock has been heavily traded as a mining stock which will only start to reduce as more and more long-term investors take positions for the future which will then lead to a more stable SP. Unfortunately, I'm sure this still attracts traders from the mining sector who have stayed with it all these years. This will soon change and they will move on as stability ensues. Correct me if I am wrong, but if my memory serves me correctly. Didn't the SP actually drop when the variation approval was announced in May 2016. I picked up soon after from the positive profit announcement. But I recall I couldnt understand it at the time given the significance. This shows just how fickle the traders were and to some extent still are..... no ? Just my take on things from what I have seen these last couple of years. FWIW. :-)

I may be wrong but I would guess it is still just day traders. Get news, hop on the bandwagon, then sell (with a few new long-term pi's or existing ones adding). Seems to me that currently this is the way it will work when any news is announced until something more significant like the start of sales in March is released. I'm sure, as before, it will stay flat for a few days, then slowly drift down till the profit warning mid Jan when it will probably just stay flat, as it is expected. That's unless an operational update is released re the US and Macau/HK progress, but again it will just follow what's been happening before. I wouldn't be surprised if we here were the only ones who understand the significance. ;-) I think many are still cautious based on historical events....you know what I mean....so close, yet so far....LOL
