I must admit I have not looked too closely at the rules myself. I just remember Pom spending time investigating and having email discussions with both the HKSX and JG about Mavern not disclosing when they sold out. Maybe Pom, when he gets back from wherever he has dissapeared to, can confirm this. Currently, as I posted recently, I cannot look back through his posting history for confirmation.

There is no requirement like aim for anyone holding a substantial amount of shares to declare it. Although there is a rule, it doesn't have to be adhered to. This was taken up with the HKSX and RPG by a poster here (I think it was pom after Mavern sold out im Nov 2016 and nothing was declared) some time back. So anyone can build or sell a substantial holding without any declaration. If that's what you were alluding to ? I would have thought there was at least one honest company in HK who would declare a holding, but it would appear not. Of course maybe there are just millions of investors buying only a handful of shares.... ;-)

There was a previous discussion with respect to his links with a certain Arron Banks's, Brexit and Russia (yup not just with respect to the USA elections) and he could have been advised by his lawyers to lay low. Of course he may just be too busy arranging his silos and moving equipment for the forthcoming money fountain. There is certainly a lot of work in arranging silo size, industrial mining dumper truck rental etc etc...... ;-)

Or even Private equity firm CVC who now own 51% of Recordati ...... :-O

You are probably right. Just something that came to mind after I read something about Shire and Shionogi in the UK this morning which reminded me of their involvement many moons ago.

Just a thought, given there has been previous discussions re Big pharma.

There was a time when Shionogi Inc (a subsidiary of Shionogi & Co Ltd Japan) was involved and who PLE paid several million to reacquire the royalty rights of the product. Anyone think there maybe some possible future link at least in the USA and Japan if not the ROW ? One would wonder why they sold the rights back if there was going to be some later action, although stranger things have happened within other company dealings around the world.

Cannot argue with that, however. There is one difference compared to other times and that is we have a product on sale and need input from Recordati, RPG has never been in this position before where sales on a product are involved, so it could be a reason for the delay (maybe their accounting book/spreadsheet doesn't include the extra column and they just don't know how to include it.... LOL). Our resident accountant can clarify more on this as to whether sales figures are more involved in profit/loss accounting or are their inclusion just the same as for increasing in investment value ?

That said, I am sure most here are hopeful you are correct and we at least have a marginal profit warning if not a break even (I don't want to get my hopes up too much on a profit alert given sales have only been since 9th Feb). All positive and for the future good of the company as new regions are added and sales pick up.

On the positive side at least since we started this long climb, the population growth according to Wikipedia has increased at an average annual rate of 83million/year so over 800million in the last 10 years. Of course one can argue that's just new faces, however. More men are coming of age and the % of sufferers may still remain the same (Cannot answer if its increasing or reducing) so positive for us... ;-)

Nothing like a few increasing numbers to whet the appetite....... LOL

So, just to recap on targeted populations in the upcoming 6 to 12 month of suggested launches based on information from Recordati, which may or may not change.

Total above population = nigh on 514mill => 257million men => 64.25 mill poss sufferers. Choose whatever % you want on market penetration and poss cans/year. Maybe use 70Euros/can see what you get. Remember initially 20 to 25% of this figure is PRG's reducing with time and countries launched.

Coxsox. The interims should be out about now. See my previous posts on previous dates. Although they are not expected to be mind blowing given its just the start and we are still expecting a profit warning due to the continued write down of the PLE RTO, the magnitude of profit warning could provide an indication of early sales figures.

We are also waiting on the Macau launch which, although not significant in sales, it is generally thought to be significance re China. (Back door n all that). HK should follow within 6 month after.

In September there should also be another two EU countries launched with another 3 to 4 (if you count relaunch by Recordati in the uk) during late December early Jan. (this info was posted sometime ago from information received directly from Recordati, although I cannot exactly remember who posted this but I think it may have come from bunion). Apologies if not.

Personally I feel the market is very sceptical given the amount of times dates were quoted and missed and as such it’s just continued to be traded. Hopefully the interims may change the current local investor mind set. That and some urgently needed PR, which, so far, has not been forthcoming.

You obviously didn’t read my earlier post re prev interim date announcements. Either a Monday, Friday or even a Thursday. Heading towards Friday, but could just as well be next Monday... ;-)

Not much to write about my mothers car jumping escapade since she said she couldn't remember. There was a point where she mentioned something about a deer in the road, although Im sure there are not that many running about in Somerset. Suffice to say she drives like a crazy person even today at 86 and probably shouldn't be allowed on the road. The V70 volvo she wrote off driving into parked cars. Instead of giving way to oncoming traffic, she thought she could make it through the gap. Much earlier she rolled the blue volvo 740 estate trying to pass oncoming cars down a country lane. Each time she suffered from selective memory and she knows the best way out is to deny any knowledge or wrong doing...… She recently broke her right ankle in 3 places and although she has just been allowed back home, that wont stop her from getting back behind the wheel.

Pretty sure there are many here like you and me who are still optimistic, but this is on the product which we are all confident in. Its just unfortunate and demoralizing that we have a management who don't seem to have an interest. The only person who would appear to be doing any work in the background is Dr Mike which must be difficult at times what with EU launches/FDA paperwork/ROW license agreements. All of which are needing input in one form or another and probably at the same time.

Interestingly in Norway when an expat enters he can take his or hers car with them but can only keep ot there for 4 years. Many who stayed took their cars back. One guy decided to raffle his so made 400 tickets at 10 squid each (I'd actually already returned to the uk). I still had contact with many expats and although I wasn't gg to buy a ticket was flush with cash as I was gg to go on holiday. Some guy in the office came up n gave me a last chance to buy a ticket which obviously I did. The draw happened in a pub in Oslo. I didn't know I'd won till I returned from holiday. There were a few sour faces since I wasn't there and many had bought 3 or 4 tickets. I was pretty lucky around that time with motor vehicles. :-)

Talking of boats. I fantasise about one day getting either an Oyster, a Discovery, a Gunn or Halberg Rassey abt 58ft and keeping it in the Med on the French Rivera. Spent several years there and was always facinated by the boats. My father had a sailing boat in Norway when he worked there. We often used to sail round the fjords when I visited on holiday. He had a yacht master cert.

My dream, however depends on how long I've got to wait for this to finally pick up. Currently it seems to be getting further n further away. Maybe ir will change in the next year or two.

Ahh yes the Kings Road.

I remember driving down it on a Friday night crusin in the late 70's. I also remember seeing Eddie Kidd in his then AMC Pacer driving in the other direction. Not so famous then as later and long before his bad accident, but I still remember it well.

Both the Kia and Hyundai are becoming very popular cars (don't look 4 bad either) and the manufacturers put their money where their mouths are. ie. Kia give a 7year warranty. You'd never catch the likes of BMW doing that since they have no faith in their product. I remember they offered me another years warranty on the dashboard cluster. I mean really.... They'd only offer additional insurance if they were aware of possible failure

At the same time they were being stolen like hot cakes. Ford XR2i/XR3i/XR4i and 4X4 version, VW Golf GTI Vauxhall GTE and the Cosworth Sierra. (What a car that was. Went like sh$t off a shovel) :-)
