For those who may be interested.

The company announced in the 25th 2017 interims on p25 that they had identified a local distributor and were working with their regulatory consultants for the Macau and HK submissions. If this was indeed the case, why are they now only in active discussions. One would think that discussions would have started for them to use their regulatory consultants ?

It is very painful to follow the logic of their announcements and statements.... :-(

This I feel will also now probably delay any future licenses even further since I am pretty sure new licensees want to look at sales figures before agreeing and committing to any agreement.

I don't think anyone was expecting fireworks, however. I for one am more concerned with the hype that came from Recordati themselves. Firstly they were “very excited about the launch” and “they were putting all their efforts to make the launch go well” etc etc. Yet we now read that Recordati are disappointed with sales and a list of reasons as to why, which surely they would already be aware of given they have launched many new products to the market before. (To be honest I was expecting a more appropriate announcement like “Sales have been as expected” even with the numbers given. Stating that sales have not gone as expected, Im sure, will not be received well by the HK market).

We all know that this is going to take some time to gain traction, that's a said, but if Recordati are now disappointed, which as I have written, I feel they should have been more than prepared for , does this mean they will now be cautious in progressing the remaining E11 launches as well as all others? I have no idea what is in the license agreement regarding this, but I if it were me, I would delay any further launches till some traction had been established, which in itself, with some media coverage, would aid in the future launches.

I do intend to ask JG for some confirmation that Recordati will progress the E11 and UK according to their proposed schedule. It could be that they have a right to delay if sales are disappointingly low, although I am only speculating on that given how Recordati made the new agreement more towards their side of things ?

For myself I actually took early retirement over 2 years ago calculating my expectations on time lines given (more fool me). Fortunately I have enough of an income to cover my needs, however. I was hoping that this would have provided a little more icing on the cake by now, which it seems is now going to take another 2 to 3 years.....yawwwnn. The new girlfriend with long legs and big boobies has now to be put on ice. all current aplications have been put in the lower drawer :-)

Also I do get from the interims regarding Macau n HK that one will not be launched without the other. Why not just write that from the beginning since Macau then has the same time consideration as HK. Why let shareholders believe that Macau would be launched first. Or is it just me that gets this from what’s written in the interims ?

So let me ask you (all) this.

Would you agree ED is considered less taboo and more comfortable to talk about than to PE, from a mans perspective ?

You mean about why post are being removed here when it’s not a uk reg company. Yet in HK, they don’t seem to care about holding disclosures....

Whoops I’ve just written it again :-O

Although at first glance it may look like a good result, I beg to differ. The 4mill+ USD payment recived in March is a one off and not a regular event so should be ignored on the companies future income considerations and possible cash requirements. Although it helps at the moment to pay salaries, rentals and the FDA approval process etc, the actual income for the year based on the current sales figures (4month extrapolated to 10) will be 185,390Euros or there abouts since the countries coming on line in Sept will contribute little given the magnitudes of populations involved.

The figures provided indicate a net can price of 23.57 Euros (which seems a bit low based on the presentations) and royalties are at a nice round 15% (Although the agreement states they would range between mid teens to mid twenties, so not sure when or where the mid twenties comes in).

Depending on future costs for the FDA and all other expenses and possibly no new license agreement soon given that it was stated that new license agreements would be dependent on the EU launch, which, so far, are less than expected.

If we don't get a new license agreement before next year, even with the rest of the E11 coming on line by mid Jan, we may be looking at a possible cash call sometime next year- opinions ?

Im not wanting to sound too doom and gloomy, but the bod have been excited before and given the current track record, I cannot see JG doing anything to promote the company or product as long as he gets paid. As stated by others here, there really needs to be some better marketing done regarding awareness. This should surely be easier for with Viagra already paving the way on people coming out with their sexual problems.

Just my take on things.

Why wasnt the Macau import license approval announced given that JG has stated he is fully transparent and makes announcements as and when information is received. And why are they now only looking for a soemone to launch in those two reagions now and not before whiclst waiting for the approval process. Anyone want to guess on that too.

Plenty of jargon on the outlook in financial markets etc, but no real information regarding the product apart from "ongomig".....lol

Seems the locals were aware of what was to be expected... :-)

If you are only trying to open it in explorer or edge, have you tried to right click and then save as. You may find it easier to download.

So it was all smoke n mirrors regarding making no profit announcement as usual and what the market expected. Which, in my book, is withholding of information. I see no reason whatsoever for not making the usual announcement.

Anyway, This is the important bit:

• Total net sales for the first half were: EUR 494,376
• Royalty income for the first half were: EUR 74,156
• 20,975 canisters sold.

Meeting commenced at 16:00hrs. After discussing how the holidays were and how are the wives, husbands and kids, they will then look at the numbers. So probably nothing will be posted till about 17:00hrs......LOL

Unless they don't believe what they are reading and a recalc of the profit n loss has to be made....... ;-)

Interestingly the sp has risen the last 3 days in what I would consider as in a controlled manner on higher sell volumes. yet today in the last 45mins there was nothing but buys and the sp didn't move. Was the only mm away from his desk and so didn't manage to push the "Increase in sp" button....lol

I notice they have still not started to recruit for the clinical trials yet. Registered on the 6th July and the study is meant to start in August which leaves only a week to go before that milestone is missed. I do assume once recruiting has started it has to be registered as such so I wonder what the holdup is ? Is it not just a case of advertising in the press that sufferers are required for clinical tests and will be paid 100USD for their bonner and then applicants are screened to weed out the homeless and sex addicts ?

I am surprised there has been hardly any interest today. Surely the locals cannot ignore what we have speculated on. ie no pre-board meeting announcement (there is only a handful of us yet hundreds if not thousands of them). I am beginning to think they know a little more than we do being so close to the source. Any-road-up, only a few more hours till we find out if the news is good or JG is being his usual vague and uninformative self.

First and full most I am very curious as to why no profit warning +ve, -ve or middle for diddle. As its the only way we can judge initial sales figures. That said I am expecting better than expected sales.

Then Id like an update (confirmation of countries and dates from RPG since we have already had some indicative ones from bunion as advised by Recordati) on the next stage of the EU launch. The next 5 plus North Africa, UK etc as indicated by Recordati.

Then Id like an update on Macau and Hong Kong.

Then an update on the ROW licenses with full disclosure about WTF is going on.

Finally Id like to see an update re an offer the job lot for 2billion USD....LOL

I remember him well and his sidekick. They both sold up just after the EU approval and reduced 6 dose cannister announcements. They invested in TLDH (Now MMX) on the basis that TLDH had much better fundamentals. I remember Bonum at the time on the TLDH board bragging about his 3 x tranches at 16/17 and 18p. Well, even after MMX's last years internal review, the SP is still only hovering around the 7p. Seems we may get the finishing post first.... :-)

I really don't think there is a link between the deleted messages and the Friday interims. The LSE wouldn't care a fig regarding the HK market. Its just either them closely policing pom as he would appear to have been banned or some poster here or from another share BB who just dislikes his personality. If pom has got a new alias Im sure he would have created a diff email account...… if he didn't the LSE police are quite easily checking on email addresses associated with account creation and are immediately flagged ???

The.Italian. I "woodnt" think so...…...lol

Mind you the length of the nose would change so often due to the ambiguities and misleading info that he wood probably collapse from exhaustion :-)

Im afraid its just a case of wait and see. As mentioned Im not going to get my hopes up too much incase we are let down again. If it does blow, Ill be ecstatic, however. If it only pops n fizzles out, Ill already be mentally prepared..... ;-)

Fortunately it would seem the posters here never went that low to get someone banned. It only takes a handful who it would appear were on other BB and who took Pom out.

Well. We will see if with next weeks announcement JG can redeem a little of himself :-)

I cannot but think that someone from the company is also policing this a little since my posts that have been removed have gen contained information I have received from the company. I don't consider myself special and I don't see why others shouldnt know what I know, even if in many instances I have gotten egg on my face from receiving duff info. I now know, however, from experience that JG tends to exaggerate and provide very misleading and sometimes vague information, which I feel is done knowingly given my recent correspondence with him related to the upsizing process. I am pretty sure he doesn't use any social media as he has stated to me and others here since, otherwise, I am sure he would be better at providing more clarity in the announcements due to the many complaints that have been directed at him. But then again, I could be wrong since its only a feeling I have.

With respect to Pom, I'm sure it comes from the other share BB's on LSE he frequented and as I wrote, its more than likely mainly due to posters who are unwilling to accept a negative discussion on their investment, even if deep down it may be true. Some people are just like that. Over the years, I have read many a heated discussion which in some instances has become pretty bad and in fact on one share in particular there was a poster who somehow managed to get many others banned because they were not inline with his way of thinking (turns out they were right and this particular poster was using most of them and the banning for his own agenda).

As to whether pom makes a comeback (I hope he does). I have my doubts since I think he has been banned a couple of times already which Im sure goes against him. It will be very difficult for him to return using another alias and not be Pom....... (Pom if you are reading this, no offense meant, Its just how our personalities are).

Anyway, we now wait to see if next Fridays interim announcement really does contain what most of us are hoping in a rags to riches way...;-)
