Unfortunately and I can only write for myself here, although I still have a lot of faith in the product, my faith in in the company and those who lead it has been severely blunted. What with all the deliberate misleading information written and verbally, I can only find fault and criticize. It's a real pain waiting and the goal posts just seem to keep getting moved (announced dates and actual dates of when things should happen) and whilst some of the management are paid huge amounts for doing what would appear to be nothing (particularly since the EU launches and anything related to them is no longer their responsibility), there certainly appears to be no real incentive to get this going otherwise the SP would not still be on a decline. (It will be interesting to see if the HK launch, when announced, actually provides more interest since, if not, I can only see this going lower).

I'll be 60 next Monday and I must admit I really thought things would have been be a lot better here by now. I understand pharma does take time and I was prepared for it, however, when misleading information is deliberately provided to shareholders, not once, but on several occaisions, one cannot help but be dispondant and fell thouroughly let down, But I guess its all part of the game in giving money to people who we dont know.....LOL

What would be good is if all terratories used tge same approach as the UK. An on line doc and pharmacy. I'm sure more and more men would come forward to use the product. With some additional market awareness, I am sure it would fly of the virtual (as in reality) shelves. It's a pity the likes of Amazon and Alibaba don't have a pharmaceutical division......or do they ? ;-)

The dialogue I had was with respect to the annual report. The following was part of the clarification.

From purely a Regent standpoint though, as yet we do not have any other products that are being developed by Regent (and Plethora) directly as our attention and efforts are being directed into the continued commercialisation of Fortacin™ in the jurisdictions and territories previously announced.

So surely this does trump the information you have played....lol

Personally I am now beginning to feel that given a long time has passed since the initial approval fanfare back in 2013, prospective byers and licensees have had plenty of time to step back and perform more detailed due diligence (hence the JG comment that they are waiting to see first sales magnitudes). I would guess with all the new sales figures that are being bounded about, no one any longer considers this to be a worthwhile investment. Have RPG possibly missed the boat in not signing or even selling a lot lot sooner. ?

Since it would appear they are now aiming at China, will there still be an opportunity there? I know that the new dicatatorship (call it the party) have changed from a one child policy to a two child policy and families are now being encouraged (probably penalised if not) to have more than one child. Will the party leaders recommend and encourage folk to use our product to ensure all the jam is is put in the doughnut ? If this were the case maybe a government licensee is available....... What a nice thought ?

However, given the current figures that are being banded about, will they be able to get new licenses or sell the rights, if it is considered money cannot be made? Any new licenses may not be worth much when one considers RPG only currently get 15%. What is certainly clear is a huge amount of cans need to be moved just to cover all current expenses before any of us will see the light of day. This certainly could take many years in which time possibly yearly placings will be the norm.

As has been stated before by others, there currently appears to be no interest in trying to obtain momentum. and what was initially stated as a money fountain (I think most invested because of this), its looking more like it will only be a dribble.

Anyway, it will be interesting if the Macau and HK launches manage to light any new fuses (something still doesnt really add up regarding all of this)... :-)

Thanks for that. I'll do a bit more digging tmrw to find the email from JG advising there were no other drugs being developed although I am pretty sure it was long after Master Investor, which I do understand JM organises.

Incidentally, I found something from Recordati where they had stated that even though PE is more prevalent than ED, they were initially expecting only 1:10 of The ED number as seeking treatment.

Based on this: For an example 1mill men, that means 1mill x 0.25 x 0.1 x 0.05 x 0.15 to Regent. = 187.5 (very simplified and assumes 5% Market pen). Ie 0.0188% of the male population goes to RPG. A very long way to go before RPG can pay any anything back to shareholders after paying salaries. (That's according to Recordati with RPG's market pen assumption of 5%.

Thanks for the details provided. All I have to go on is an email from the man himself stating that Plethora were not working on anything else. I questioned this since I found the content in recent announcements very misleading, which they were. I, therefore, suppose all the other employees are helping out with the FDA approval process. I'm sure they will need all of them....or will they.... ;-)

Sustainable income was one of my main concerns too which I also made in an earlier post, particularly since currently we are only getting 15% after Recordati have taken all their expenses (what was it. 15% of 23euros/can nett). Granted if they launch 2 more countries this month and 3 more in Dec/Jan, income could double, however. they will not contribute very much to this year (the 2 expected this month with contribute very little with a combined total pop of 30mill) is meaningless if income is low in the first place and still wouldnt pay a 3rd of JG's salary.

Since we have accepted that initial sales will be slow, in contrast to what RP and Recordati expected, it will be interesting to see if the figures have picked up some by the end of the year. Currently, based on the current sales figures, RPG would only get just under 250k Euros. They need 1.5millUSD, just for starters. The last placing which they stated would also be used for further investment, was in my opinion a red herring. The monies were already going to be used elsewhere.

Regarding JM, he will always try to turn a positive spin on it without commiting to anything, hence all the short single word responses...lol . Proof in the pudding is; he seems to have currently lost interest. :-)

Sorry to go off topic, but not much to write about at the moment and the subject is close to home.

I see that N4P are withdrawing from their reformulation of sildenafil (SP has tanked a further 40% today on the announcement). I do remember mentioning this to Dr Mike who said one would get a quicker reaction time by crushing a little blue pill and rubbing it under the hood (only those with duffle coats need apply..lol). Makes one wonder why PLE are not progressing the spray-on idea under Dr Mikes guidance ? (unless Ezzza has found further information to support his statement that they are)

You are certainly right about the bod appearing to having no Interest in getting this out there. If you read the PLE website it still amazing refers to Fortacin still having a 5% of the E5 market. Maybe one day, but currently about 0.2%.

You are also right in that JG is paid far too much given the return shareholders have received these last 5 years with only 19 employees. There are companies bigger than RPG and the CEO’s still take home less. And yes, I too am concerned on income in the next couple of years vs JG salary vs FDA costs vs all other business expenses if sales do not pick up hugely or monies are received from other license agreements.

I think we would be all interested in where you have seen that Dr Mike is working on a Viagra 2 since I was informed, which I posted here, by JG that PLE are not currently working on any other products (even though he tried to allude otherwise in a recent announcement). Although I know JG has fed me with misleading information before, he surely would not state such a fact to me as he would otherwise be dismissive or evasive. Anyway, I’m sure the meet which is meant to be happening between some shareholders here and Dr Mike by the end of Sept would clear that up, although nothing more seems to have been written regarding any arrangements yet.

It does appear to have gone all quiet on all fronts even if Recordati are scheduled to launch in 2 other countries by the end of this month.

They certainly painted a very pretty and different picture to get shareholders monies than what we are actually seeing (remind me how many different times we were given dates for FDA approval and EU launch ? Or are there just too many to count).

Not much really to be done at the moment considering we need 20% and we currently have 3.35%.

May consider emailing the BOD with the support of others, although the figure will still not provide much in the way of privileges/leverage. Also, no point in doing anything till we get the HK news, which must be soon (It surely doesnt take that long to gazette the public) and to see if this leads to anything big.
