It saddens me to write this, but I cannot help feel there are some problems which they are far too embarrassed (probably more than embarrassed) to write anything about. The time taken for other licenses for example. If one looks back to the early PLE announcements, they gave the impression that new licenses were a said and it was something that would happen just around the corner (remember this one, "hopefully signed before the end of the year" and of course not forgetting "at heads of terms"). it was even stated that some licensees were very eager to sign (biting one arm off was one statement) however. Its now nigh on 4 years since the first announcements regarding licenses were made. I don't care what anybody says, it doesn't take this length of time (didn't it take less time to put a man on the moon !!!)...really !!!
The interims made ref to problems with impurities. My limited understanding was that the production process was a fairly standard one, however, I am now led to believe its a very difficult process and hence the impurities problem (note, there had been no mention of this before, so why suddenly now (3 good batches were produced, yet nothing was announced) ??? Where those impurities come from is anybody's guess........ ants in the pants or just too much honey on the gears ?
The initial FDA process announcements were that they had discussions with the FDA and a way forward had been agreed, then followed by several approval and launch dates...... We didn't make these dates up, management provided them to us and the market. All we are doing is referring to the missed dates provided by the professionals......So why now the removal of posts referring to the FDA approval process. I cannot help but feel that, and in contrast to what I was led to believe, there is still an issue. There is no reason why the gov website should not be updated with the correct stages in the process (it must be far simpler than updating the RPG website) i.e recruiting etc etc...... no reason whatsoever, unless there are indeed further problems. Again it all comes down to transparency....... why not inform the market of problems. With the current sp and market cap which reflects a near "zero" product, what further damage can be done ?
Its all very well companies making such statements as "Its just business" or "these things take time", which every body knows and openly accepts, however. What shareholders cannot abide are out right plain as your face misleading announcement content, not once but continuously. If you make a mistake own up to it, most people are forgiving by nature, but to not provide any reason or ignoring what had been stated before to get shareholder to part with money is highly questionable. Either a company is open and transparent or they are not, there is no in-between.
If one reads all the information put out by both PLE and RPG, there are so many things which just dont add up which certainly makes the so called pros look h
