6p would be nice but I’m not holding my breath after 12 years
Chrishutch, why are you highlighting articles on Twitter from 2018?
I assume you have just bought in?
I hope there’s enough oil to make their tents and solar panels, sleeping bags, lights, clothes.......
Sorry
I just imagine BOC lying in his sunbed and Simon sat by his pool with a pina colada delboyesque checking their mobiles for an email once a day. Not even a poxy proactive video this time. Come on Simon at least give us a reach-around, jeez. It’s like the never ending fountain of disappointment.
fair enough thanks brezhnef
the below presentation describes the 4 different methods Egdon will use to bring the well into production - page 6 i think. my question would be why if they knew it was needed, have they not applied for the authorisation to use such methods having had the past year to do so. and also why have they been telling us that it will come online at 500 bopd suggesting it would be straight away?
im aware the 'proppant squeeze' requires an application not sure on the others

I'm completely confused as to why they got the directors loan? is that still going ahead?
Crushcut - In your opinion do you see this coming online at 500bpd or will it be less? It’s interesting to me they haven’t been cleared/applied for the proppant squeeze or whatever given the fact they’ve had a full year to apply for this but have 3 other methods to maximise the flow.. do you think the other 3 will be sufficient to maximise the flow? I just feel that if it’s anything less than 500 bpd the market will take the position to drop the price given the expectations.
I think Tovoc was including existing production?
Does anyone remember the days of UCG? That was of interest due to the lower CO2 and was easy to get to behind for that reason. Obviously that didn’t work out but the idea was there.
I think the likes of PRD have a good idea of how to get to market with their offshore LNG storage and their carbon capture. At least they are diversifying with the market. EOG would rather just rinse and repeat. If they could come up with a partnership to better sell the inishkea opportunity to both government and partner I think things would start moving a lot quicker.
BOC, from what I gather rarely buys shares in any company he’s in. But they have been teeing us up for dilution for a while now so wouldn’t be surprised if they were waiting til then to buy, if at all.
When do we get one of those pretty bubble graphs that show us we’ve got a 50% chance of becoming millionaires again I wonder?
these free BB’s will be read even less now you have to sign in every time.
I wasn’t aware of that Nigel. So they can’t produce without this? How long will that take to get?
I’m still not convinced there won’t be another cash call here
They’ve taken full advantage of the small amount of income this company makes, I’m baffled as to why this is only just being addressed. Like you say greed. Our biggest shareholder will be on a salary as well so I assume he won’t care.

It’s pretty obvious from this article the reason the corrib partners aren’t investing in EOG. Ireland are very close to banning all production licences in the future. This Tom O’Brien chap seems pretty keen to drill and he makes some valid points. Only problem is, as I’ve said before, the greens are so keen to prove a point they would probably ban exploration to the detriment of their countries energy security
Back when we used to produce 230 odd bopd from our current wells the market cap stuck around £12m if I remember. But this was with the hype of the Romanian licences which looked promising at the time. You would like to think producing around the similar bopd would get us back there but then again I think there is little faith in Ireland now fossil fuels are such a ‘dirty’ word and the oil price was higher back then. This BOD really have rinsed this companies coffers dry and do not trust them enough to believe there won’t be another placing, which they have said already in an RNS, will be required if wressle doesn’t produce on time. It’s not clear if this was with the wage cuts or not. I assume with everything in this sector there will be a delay to production? I just hope they can hold out long enough.
I thought we sold 143 to UKOG? Oh that’s right, we then used the £300,000 we got only to invest it all back into UKOG at 1.15p a share, currently trading at 0.20 . Brilliant
Thanks Tacuma, I did do a search after I messaged and found the same page, no mention of what the others are on funnily enough.
On another note I keep seeing the word ‘fundraising’ in the recent RNS’s, I appreciate this is probably inevitable but am getting more and more concerned as time moves on the cash burn has been off the charts and any delay on wressle will mean they come to us to fund their ‘lifestyles’ again.
I see Warren Buffet has been investing in natural gas in recent months which is positive but he’s been wrong before, I live in hope as always.
Where’s the information on salary’s to be found? What exactly do they do for their money here?! Share price down 80% in 5 years, well done chaps, Crazy. Morocco feels like Ireland all over again and Ireland feels like it’s going the way of Berenx. What’s next to stick on the conveyor belt?
You can’t only pull out the positives when your invested in a company you need to consider the negatives as well. I’ve been here over 10 years and supported the company in every placing and being positive has got me nowhere fast. I assume it’s the same for you as well Ivans unless you’ve bought a load at under a penny? Yes wressle will increase the price but even 3p won’t get me my money back. I’m concerned Ireland have other options whilst Corrib is in decline like the bio gas, wind and Celtic link to be getting on with. Why have the Corrib partners not yet made us an offer and why did that other prospective partner pull out? I think Jus mentioned on the other board they are planning on drilling under their existing licence next year, maybe the data isn’t as compelling on ours
Off shore gas, not as vital as we’d hoped for Ireland’s energy needs then.
Wonder if anyone wants 2 licences for a small fee and 5 percent of net production profits?
