Ben Richardson, CEO at SulNOx, confident they can cost-effectively decarbonise commercial shipping. Watch the video here.
Received an answer from Will as follows
“I do not personally receive any fees for being a director of Antler and it would be inappropriate for me to do so. However, like the rest of the EOG team I bill the time that I spend on Antler, and all of these costs are recovered from the funds that we invested in Antler, ie we are recovering some of our investment in Antler as we progress the technical and commercial aspects of the business through normal inter-company billing.“
It is appreciated to get a reply
@Serif yes to be fair I will report back if I hear anything further
I asked the question in regards to Wills remuneration from Antler and there was no reply, so it is assumed that he does receive some kind of salary. We pay them £3m and he is appointed as a director with a salary. Good way to give yourself a pay rise without giving yourself a pay rise.
Thanks @Serif as always are you aware of the best email address for EOG? I don’t think I’ve received answers in the past as the questions tend to be a little probing maybe.
Didn’t EOG pay antler £3m and then WH was appointed as director shortly after presumably on a salary? Hmm
Agreed @Trackaman this is AIM all over these days unfortunately. Can anyone answer where the market has moved since the hype of these shares? Is it crypto etc?….. it seems people are a little wiser to what they are invested in but the majority are stuck in the old narrative. Investing 101 I guess. Learnt the hard way. For some reason I still hold faith here after 12 years as funny as that may seem and believe Ireland may happen You have to re ask the question for the long termers would you invest in the company now given the fundamentals or would your money be better placed elsewhere genuine question?
Yep always starting the farm out. Then 4 months later it’s ’lots of interest in the data room!’ Then 5 months later ‘we will be reprocessing the data for the next 5 months to get the data the best it can be then relaunching the farmout’ round and round we go.
Difference is you’re not a director but he can afford to lose it knowing his salary
I assume issuing options at basically the current share price is more in the Bod’s favour than the shareholders. But this just emphasises the way they take the problems we had with the company and twist it in their favour. Why is there no increased target to achieve I find this very odd?
I may be eating my words though if they get the sp to 3p
Thanks Chas, they must do it to put people off setting a limit so they can be loaned as you say, ridiculous. I wouldn’t want to set a limit at 25% more because this could fly right past it on some news it’s well underpriced and even my broker shows this trading as 40% discount currently
I can t set a sell price for anything more than 25% of the current mid price with my broker.
It all goes on wages - Your motivation for posting that rubbish is very transparent I’m afraid
‘Im not a wealthy man’ - Will Holland
Says the man with a top 0.5% salary. Full of it
Company market cap is getting close to cash in the bank, ridiculous. I’ve got zero experience in running an oil gas company but I could do that.
Probably a simple answer but how would a share buyback work? This would surely do the world of good or not?
Will believe when I see it. The extension if granted will be telling. But then I thought the last extension was. They must have had the licence for over 6 years now and are still reprocessing data!?
Agree Serif, BOC should be retained for the Irish asset but don’t think it has been suggested he should go anyway. Wressle can pretty much take care of itself moving forward although the speed at which things happen there can certainly be increased. If no extension is granted they can all go but we will know soon enough come January/February.
Sorry if I have missed this but does anyone know what happened to the £2m that was left over from the Serenity drill?
Is everyone waiting for Eamonn Ryan to shout ‘it’s good by me!’ From the rooftops I wonder. Surely the extension last year wouldn’t have been given unless they wanted EOG to proceed.
Or is it the data that’s the problem? Must be about the fourth time the farmin process has been paused to reprocess.
It’s funny how they have given up on geo-thermal aswell. I remember you saying it was no goer when they announced it crushcut. Another smoke screen to warrant their pay I wonder?
Double the prime ministers salary for probably less than 5% of the work load. Who do these guys think they are?
