Correct, in fact, Spire was acquired from bupa for 19 years ago for £1.44bn. To set up a chain of hospitals and clinics of Spire's size from zero in the uk today ...honestly you'll probably need £4bn min. Cleveland Clinic London Ltd have already spent £1bn and incured well over half a billy in losses on that single hospital alone . £1bn is an absolute bargain here. Hopefully they will learn that London sucks for listings and relist in the US

They already rejected a bid at 250p previously in 2021 from Ramsay lol. They will reject this again for sure. They probably want 260p-270p imo.
