Buys don't necesitate to share price increase on the stockmarket. This isn't blockchain where you can see everything.

1) A basic example, would be that Aim4 buy £1m shares of ncyt at 40p then sells all for 20p the next day. There are no other trades from different ppl inbetween these days...so who do you think takes that £500k? Now complicate it further with other trades and algo bots and you will see i what i mean.

2) It could also mean that he has closed off a short.

3) Director buys mean nothing either as they can use their stock holdings as collateral loan to banks . Elon Musk does this

Laura totally aware of Bez . Most stuff on LSE is undervalued by half so they sell up to VC and get listed in the US. Countless stocks like Darktrace, ARM , Justeat, the list goes on and on.

PLT couldn't be sold as no one wanted to buy it...most likely. Originally purchased for £300m, now has book value of £130m. They probably tried to dump it for £100m..but no one wanted to buy it

Apologies to you two. As i stated yesterday a dropoff rate in Jan is high but not as high as the figures i was seeing compared to it other competitors. 30-40% returns is normal in the fashion industry. My guess is that Boo had very little left to fund these returns.
