£1.3 bn will get rejected sadly. Look at the Cleveland Clinic in London , £1bn to acquire and build out and losing £140m a year. Watch and see them reject on Friday.

Boohoo is still cheap. I'm just investing in value here. With more buys set at 14-20p. At no point should you consider any fashion retailer a long term hold including next, etc

Shorts are being increased on boohoo and asos btw.

Jan is always a bad month but lokking at stats from particl, the debenhams and boohoo websites dropoff compared to next and m&s are significantly worse.
