Art has already said that discussions have been underway at very senior management level for some time so the usual red tape/approval b9llox has been circumvented.
To me this has been given the nod and is just awaiting the geos to run the numbers but considering RS have done all the legwork already this should not be a tough one.
Could well be that discussions have been ongoing for months IMHO.
We will find out soon enough but being out/trading this gets riskier as time passes…

30 odd mill of reserves sure a major has no interest in.
A potential 1 billion barrels or more they are plenty interested in.
The only real question is how much are they willing to pony up now for first mover advantage.

I share your frustration,
I think Art is now starting to deliver operationally.
What needs to happen is now value creAtion for holders as opposed to the chosen few with discounted warrants and other carrots.
With a JV inbound there should be no real need for any dilution and in fact I would hope to see either the bond or the credit facility wiped out with cash from the JV.
