Can’t get the mentality of you made money trading this before fair enough but with the hedge less production and pending CC recompletions not to mention a major JV inbound why would you not just STFU and buy in with your Ill gotten gains.

Lot of talk about the structure of the JV here
I can’t see a scenario where there is no cash component here. Granted they may not pay off the entire current loan but you would think it’s in the interest of the JV partner for COPL to be in the best financial health possible.
My gut says cash component to at least reduce the RBL amount plus carry on 1st 2 drills then after which copl could use income to contribute to future drills
