Regarding the JV
I am expecting a cash component around 100 mill and a split on at least first few drills something like 75/25
Be great just to have a clean slate with all the snouts out of the trough.
We can then simply be valued on assets and oil production

Jiff I was thinking the same thing and it would shut up the numb nuts who think developing an oil field is cost free.
I thought no a more likely scenario would be to retire the current credit and still maintain a rolling credit facility.
Personally would also love it if they wiped the bond as this has delivered zero value to holders.

All Art needs to focus on is production and JV

Another box ticked let’s hope we get production back over 2000 bopd shortly.

Listened to most of it was a case of them sitting back enjoying the show and being fully supportive with the obvious benefit to local economy
