Thanks Super - Barrick SP rise on tariff news should put ACA at £2.60 which starts to feel much better but I still think you would have been better off buying Barrick directly. I am extremely unlikely to return here as I held too many for too long and still feel cheated by the offer, ACA is worth £7 in the real world so no point in holding a share and feeling resentful. I have made substantial buys in other gold stocks and FRES in particular which is doing well today, I bought most at £6 so I am doing very nicely. MTRO continues to distract me but my recent buys are in profit (probably until I look again!) but I think my potential losses (from this point) are small compared to the potential uplift but yes I wish I had held of buying until now! Wow a 3 ! post must be a record for me. Enjoy the rise here, goodness knows you deserve it! 4 now.

I agree that FRES represents the best big cap PM on LSE. I held off on this share for a while as the price of silver confuses me but also because I don’t like such a large controlling interest being in the hands of another single traded entity - to me that doubles the risk as if they find themselves in trouble that will reflect detrimentally on FRES SP as they could become a distressed seller but I appreciate that the guy behind it all has significant wealth. My reservations were knocked aside by the relative collapse of our SP and at this price it is a clear and definite buy for me. Now holding a significant number so I am very happy with today’s rise but I anticipate much more - I believe once we can hold above £7 we will move quickly to £8 and get the funds back inside which will take us higher. Acaciatan - just thought I should follow up on your SQZ tip - on a whim I had a quick look at it and bought a few - I struggle with some of your posts but credit where it’s due, I am up nearly 10% - I’ll let it ride - thank you.

I have decided to interpret the news from Europe as positive and that a deal is more likely, to celebrate I have taken the opportunity to add more shares at what I still believe to be a bargain price. ATB

I am anticipating that the Fed will be dovish today and leave the way clear for a 0.25% or very possibly a more effective 0.5% reduction in September which would be great for PM’s - added an additional 5000 shares. ATB

Toll and anyone else would have to advise the market if holding crossed a % threshold. I remain conflicted here between hold and add although on occasion I have been part of the problem by trading a few at a profit. I agree with Poker that the SP can actually rise following relegation, Funds and shorters act in anticipation of events which will have contributed to the fall. I do not believe that MTRO will go bust and although a further 10% fall is entirely possible a rise of several 100% is also on the cards - probably not this week but in my view at least, fairly soon. The weakness of the £ and potential Brexit wobble also work against us as international buyers can hold off buying to potentially benefit from FX. I have been adding overall and will probably continue for now at least. Directors buys give me confidence as does the wealth and determination of Big V and his friends to make this a success. ATB

Feel similar about Tudlow as PMO - I always get burnt - my oil play (services) is PFC which has always been very good to me whenever I dip in and out.

Resolute - this is the UK listing of major Austrian miner and seems to be hampered by the general downturn in Australian market. If you are looking at banks you have to consider METRO it wins hands down on every metric - now that would be a very funny turn of events and of course your buy in price is excellent!

Also got a lead from Acacian who is doing some crazy posts lately but on a whim I followed his tip and bought some SQZ which is also making me money and worth a look.

Hi Super, I do notice that TC keeps jumping from the top to the bottom of the risers and fallers but I just don’t really understand why and I don’t like the industry so I will keep the crazy trades to MTRO which at least I believe in. Like you I really like the gold co’s, despite my reservations on silver I have a large stake in FRES which is paying off but still cheap, I am doing very well on SRB (worth a look) but now fallen into a loss on RSG which seems cheap but keeps falling - take a look, I would value your opinion. INDV doing well but remains my stand out favourite with potential for a massive leap if the September court case goes well or a settlement is achieved, check it out.

Well done GB I think you made a good call, I have added about 15000 shares over the past few days - still very good value.

Please don’t feel sorry for me Franky, ACA has stayed about level which is of course no bad thing I have made more on FRES and INDV that I am showing as a loss on Metro. Added more MTRO today and will keep at it until the tide turns, still very confident that it will come good or of course perhaps I am just crazy but having fun.

Hi Chaz, as a newcomer to this company I have not got the burden of the history which seems to colour your judgement here but I have experienced similar feelings in other stock. I have held on in the passed almost through gritted tenth and with a sense of resentment but now if I become unhappy or disillusioned with a share or the management then I sell and invest elsewhere in a company that I can believe in. The leaking of the placing was poor but it gave some of us the opportunity to add at a lower price than we might otherwise have done - leaks happen, some inadvertently and others are orchestrated, I do not speculate on which it was here. I am showing a loss as presumably you are but I am excited by the news flow and happy to be invested, if you are not and are disillusioned to the extent when you may feel any positive comment by genuine investors is ramping, perhaps you should sell and invest somewhere that does not carry baggage for you?

Hold quite a few of these now. I am attracted by the gold production but I feel that silver will start to shine over the next few months. Holding over $17 is key but if it starts to rise, as it should then our SP should jump up. These prices are an absolute bargain, I will certainly add on any dips and look to add in any event - look around FRES probably represents the best significant PM play in the market. ATB.

I am sure we are hanging onto your every word acaciatian but I don’t think it’s very good form to wish for bad news on any website - especially if it just so you can buy back - if you don’t like the company short it. In my view the SP could certainly continue to move around but I think the bad news is fully factored in and if any positive news lands the SP will rocket and you will miss the boat trying to make an extra penny or two. Only a few weeks before the next court hearing is due, I still anticipate the case being closed or a reasonable face saving settlement. ATB.
