We should not expect everyone to see the potential all at once - let him wait until a deal with the NHS has been confirmed and he can buy then - obviously not at current price. The medical profession are a stickler for the rules (which is probably good thing) they do use WhatsApp now but are fearful that they could get into trouble, give them a fully sanctioned integrated product and they will flock to it.

Dimi- I sold my original stake of 6k shares yesterday - thank goodness. I have been buying back today at and hold about 10000 shares an an average of c £6.70 so please do not be concerned. US now opened and I am contemplating going in heavier at below £6.30 which is current SP. This is not going bust and everyone just has to decide what this is worth, what other opportunities are out there, particularly in this sector and act accordingly. Long terms holders have been badly hurt today and for that I am sorry.

Special it really all depends on the faith that the board have in the success of the project. Between then the BOD owns well over 30% they will not want to be diluted by a placing for cash they do not need so we will have to see what they do - remember a placing can be made, I accept rarely, at a higher price than the current SP - if they want to raise at 10p I don’t suppose many of us would object.

Took advantage of today’s malaise and doubled up and will now let this ride. If the tech can do all that the company claim and they get a full contact with the NHS then this will be bought out - the biggest players will jump on this and SP will rocket. Many friends in the Medical profession buying here as they believe it will be the answer to a lot of issues that they have been aware of but didn’t want to confront. ALB DYOR.

Hi MP. I am likely to sell Look but don’t own many. Pleased that you had a bounce on SNN no idea where it will go so be vigilant. Still haven’t bought into FRES again fairly sure that it is going below £7 so I will wait - read through their figures and they are disappointing and I am concerned by political climate in Mexico but for the right price I am in. I may not like banks but I loathe AIM stocks so when I say I have bought into the tiny FDBK you might want to have a glance but DYOR - still very excited by INDV and adding - results out tomorrow again DYOR and good luck.

INDV have outlined that the figures due to be published tomorrow will be good - my expectation of a positive resolution with the DOJ remains strong. SP remains unreflective on current position let alone potential having recently doubled up I have now increased by a further 25% and very tempted to add more. ATB - DYOR.

Guys I felt it incumbent upon me to let you know that I have significantly reduced my holding. This is not a reflection on the 10p or so that you should easily make per share from here plus any uplift in Barrick or gold price - even falling £.. I still have about 100,000 shares but I have decided that is probably the maximum amount that I would want to invest in Barrick - sorry but I do not see another offer coming in for ACA. I had built up a holding considerably higher than I at ever intended and did make about £200k so I cannot be unhappy although we all know that the value of ACA is far greater than the offer - we will receive some recompense for that within our Barrick holding if we, as holders, go the distance. You know my approach by now and I suppose I am just a little bored with holding. I also sold FRES yesterday which was fortunate and I may very well take a larger position there when things have settled and potentially below £7. I can’t see that you can go wrong by holding here and I wish you all the very best - not leaving the board for good but as I told you of my purchases I thought I should report my sales.

Sorry Franky don’t really want to get drawn into this but they raised £375 million at £5 and just sold non core assets (loan book) for £521 million so they have zero liquidity issues and actually positioned better than most bank to face any downturn - no old issues (can’t remember correct title) no pension issues and modest (by comparison) HO costs, let alone no PPI liabilities - as you will know my view on shorters is different, at the current SP they have done their damage and as they look to exit SP will rise. I accept it is not for everyone but I am happy to be invested. ATB

That was a good spot Loc, personally I agree this is very bullish chart - I don’t see us jumping up to £20 but £5/£6 must be on the cards, much depends on when Odey makes his move.

I do not think any one person should take the blame for the fall in the SP but the buck has to stop somewhere so I believe the departure of CFO is a good thing - I wish him well but this allows us to bring it fresh blood.

Guys I am not wedded to MTRO. I lost a massive amount on Lloyd’s a few years ago and like you I do not normally invest in the sector. I have bought a lot of MTRO now as I believe they are oversold, you are right to be wary and if you don’t like them don’t buy - I remain very bullish but that is just my own opinion.

Hi MP - I am sure you will have read that they have dropped their guidance by 25% but believe things will improve in H2. As you know I sold my stake some time ago, I do not really follow SNN and as such can’t really comment - I will not be buying any today.

Having read through the news and the many comments generated on this board this software seems to fit a significant market need in my view must be worth the risk. Directors purchases noted, incisive CEO actually delivering results so I have taken a chunk this morning and very pleased that I did not have to pay more. GLA

Nicely put harhoo - I am reluctant to say the pain is over but it certainly should be - Odey is no fool. Like you I never use a stop loss and if it does fall further I will just add more, it will come good soon enough.

I see Odey more as a (British) bulldog - a great companion if on your side but don’t mess with his food.

Shorters borrow X number of shares from a holder for a fee. They sell some all all of those shares into the market to lower the price. When they are ready they buy shares in the market to return to the original owner. They can of course hold the shares they borrow as an hedge and borrow more at any time providing there is someone willing to lend them. In a situation where the shorters are in the process of trying to accumulate shares the SP can rise, sometimes substantially creating the investors friend, a short squeeze.

Well Poker, Odey will do just what he wants of course - you are absolutely right that the August holidays and low summer trading plays right into his hands but he could easily make the decision to buy back lift the price then start all over again in the final run up to Brexit - if he can get two bites of the cherry he will.

Thank you Igor, I appreciate your comment. I am obviously a contrarian investor by nature and therefore I will tend to invest in stocks have had their SP knocked - I try to pick the ones that I believe the market has oversold that will mean that sometimes the market has not finished with them and I may have acted too soon but I my track record is pretty good over time be that a week a month or as in the case of ACA over a couple of years. Any investor spending their own money should do their own research and make the decision that suits them which would include deciding not to invest. I invest for fun and I post what I believe as my own honest opinion. Obviously the ACA board is winding down now and I have taken more interest elsewhere, I have mentioned other investments on this board which is probably not correct but I only do so as I felt an affinity to other posters here who have been through the same pain over the last few years. P’s post shows how you can be punished for crossing the rubicon and although I continue to wish everyone well I will hold off on mentioning anything other than is strictly related to ACA here.

Thanks P. I do not claim to be an expert but I have been investing for 30 years and have well over £1 m currently in the market. Some shares at dome point go down but I have made a lot of money in the market and appreciate leads from other posters some of which I act on and some that I do not. I made money the last time I bought Metro, I was in profit before yesterday and expect to be in profit again. One thing that is sure is that I will not whinge or blame anyone else for my own investing decisions something that you might want to learn. After all the time that we have been together on this board and dispite the fact that I should know better you comments have cut me P but from now on of course I will keep my thoughts to myself about other companies.
