Juncker just said that there will be no further extension - I want to believe him - more importantly I want HoC to believe him and for Boris to get enough votes to get this deal done.

I should also add that I do not anticipate a great set of results on the 23rd I hope to see increased deposits but not holding my breath for anything exceptional but the 23rd marks another milestone and removes the restrictions on the BoD and those who work in concert with them to act. The business is still solid it’s just the SP that is a mess.

I certainly agree that none of us posters have a clue as to what will happen next, we have proved that many times. I also agree that significant buys or other significant news is needed to lift the price - I believe it will happen and have invested heavily to back that up but I also believe that a Brexit deal will help release a wall of investment heading for the UK some of which I expect to reach MTRO.

Doubt it STB Brexit will affect the entire economy.

Am I right in believing that the ‘demise’ of Woodford’s fund is a major positive for us as investors in AMGO? I raise the question as I felt that W needing to liquidate his holdings had put downward pressure on the SP - now, as I understand it, W funds are likely to be taken up by other fund managers who will not be under the same pressure but I am distracted by the Brexit possibilities and may have misunderstood, can anyone provide more detail? What % do W hold?

FXPO and FRES are totally different shares in totally different markets - I do not dispute that on the face of it FXPO is undervalued but so is FRES within the PM market. I would not compare the two but might consider both.

I accept you are just reporting stock but I am with M here, totally different, we are not part of the same case and I would argue that a good settlement there appease the DOJ and make a sensible settlement here, should it come to it more likely.

Just waiting for news on Brexit and my mind is wondering. Has anyone considered the possibility that with the cash reserves we have, the board could actually decide to issue a dividend of $1.50 per share and if the case goes against us (which I don’t believe it will) INDV could do a placing to raise the settlement funds - obviously backed by future profits or in a worst case scenario do a Purdue, (on the conclusion that we can no longer understand the basis on which we are able to trade), hand the company over to US Govt. Not suggesting this will happen but identifies the level funds we are holding.

ERG just come out in favour of Boris’s deal - looks like he might have pulled it off. Any deal is a good deal. Must help MTRO - underpins value of £. Get the results out of the way and Big V will act. Big buys or taking private/sold. Holding hard.

We are going to have to speculate that the big buy was in fact a sell from earlier - only thing that would have taken the edge of the rise at 57p. I’m with RB and anticipate this will rise to high 60’s without news, annual profit virtually = market cap totally disregards $1bn cash - but we shall see - I’m holding hard.

I have left it a little to late to come back with a witty reply to your post Codey but if you look around and do not see the potential for economic disaster in every direction I would like to walk a mile in your shoes or at the least borrow those rose tinted spectacles.

I don’t believe the judge seeks advice M they make a decision based on the facts of the case - let’s hope they see things as we do and I certainly believe they will. If they do not there would be no reason for the SP to fall other than from a quick wobble whilst people think it through. A decision in our favour now would see a massive lift, a decision against us suggesting that there is a case to answer would in my view lead to a quick settlement - the result of which would also see the SP rise significantly by how much would depend on the agreement. I am still hopeful of dismissal.
