When the court make a decision we will hear about it, I’m hoping this will be next week but before I am accused of spoiling anyone’s day - the verdict will be delivered when it is delivered and then we will know. I remain very hopeful.

Getting very tempted to add now - will be following closely next week. I can understand positive Brexit comment making banks more attractive and but the chances of a partial trade deal between China and US must be good for silvers industrial use.

Monk thank you for taking the time to think this through and post your thoughts. It helped. I accept that many issues faced by other companies/miners cannot be fixed and RSG’s current issues can. Increased production is certainly a good prospect. Getting onto 250 must and will be positive and significant. The loan repayment could certainly be an issue particularly if a fund raise was done at or indeed below our current SP - a significant risk but they have options and do not appear to be under any pressure to act. Higher cash generation should make it less risky but the price has been falling so people are reluctant to add or invest. I can’t help but think the IPO price was well judged and that early investors will have done well leaving those of us who came in later nursing losses. I will probably stick with this perversely would add on a significant fall - I will carefully read the financials at the end of the month and think about it again then.

I will stick with my position on MTRO - I have averaged down all too many times and have left myself with a much larger holding than I wanted or envisioned and I am well down - I can barely bring myself to read the board anymore and certainly get no benefits from any comments there but I do not think they will go bust and virtually no matter what I will hold now until it is around £5 which I still think is likely but goodness it has been an unfortunate investment so I fully understand your approach and actually think yours is wiser investment strategy. It certainly seems inequitable but if I had to guess it would be a shake (hopefully giving the shorters a chance to switch long) before a rise into results on 23rd - but pure guesswork on my part.

It seems to me that other than RSG is cheaper than it was and may fall to pre float price there are no positives out there - disappointed in myself.

I am still suffering with MTRO Monk but strangely my % loss showing against RSG is far greater than my % loss on MTRO - I chose my words carefully as the amount I am loosing on MTRO is significantly more than I am loosing here. Sticking with both so let’s hope they come good.

Not much point in us repeating the same stuff all over again Bert - we are waiting for news on the dismissal hearing, when it comes in I am sure we will have more to say.

Don’t really follow your post Bert, you think this was a big fall and have decided to sell because you feel unable to wait for the court decision?

I am reluctant to post negatively about a share I own but this just keeps getting worse. I was disappointed by the loss of 18 days production from unscheduled maintenance but as soon as they get the system up and running it has cracked and the company now think they are unlikely to achieve forecast production in the quarter. I can accept that new technology can have issues but I am pretty disappointed with my investment here - I should have sold out when I first started to feel uncomfortable but here I am - thinking very hard about my next move. Can anyone give me some positives?

Good points sbb20 - totally prepared for my next comment to cause uproar but I genuinely believe that after what we have been through and the current SP range that Brexit will make very little difference to us here.

Some good points there always - INDV is currently waiting on a decision which may lead to dismissal of the court case - you can anticipate what will happen to the SP.

I have taken a punt on FDBK breaking three of my rules in one go. They have just developed an app to go along with their medical products which can allow doctors etc to send medical quality scans and chat about patients on a totally private network - they are hoping to do a deal with NHS and others - recently raised c£2m at 1.2p - but I hate AIM - don’t like IT and don’t trust penny shares. The tech is in place and works - doctors currently use WhatsApp - doesn’t have capacity to deliver medical grade scans, is not private and could lead to privacy issues so if the NHS pick this us then is could be significant as all doctors and hospitals will use it potentially worldwide applications -still trading at placing price - take a look. Let me know what is on your radar and why.

Leisurely - HL do not lend out stock but you do not have to be the beneficial owner to do so and many brokers do.

As you say it never does any good to become to blinkered or emotional about a share - and just occasionally as in your comments replying helps focus the mind. I always have concerns about an investment that has a significant majority shareholder especially a corporate one but for other reasons to the ones you have identified and that it because it can lead to that shareholder being inclined to act in ways that may lower the price so they can take the company private at a reduced price. Your analysis as to why you have invested is similar to mine but my contrarian tendency did not become aroused until the big fall and in my view the share became considerable oversold - on the fundamentals I am very happy to be invested here.

Without recommending anything and noting my contrarian style I have taken a large position in INDV currently involved in court proceedings with the DOJ in an action connected to the opioid crisis - if you are looking to diversify read the chairman’s letter to shareholders and ancillary documents on their website and scan down the LSE chat - INDV is my largest play and the one I have the most faith in coming good - obviously I could have got it all wrong but worth a look.

Surely this is down to the rapid expansion z - new branch’s = more deposits but lower profit for awhile.

I agree office but it will be good to be on the other side of this and be dealing with the issues that actually arise rather than this constant fear of what might be.

To be absolutely clear there is zero chance than an infringement of this type, now with the approval of the listing authorities will lead to a delisting.

Sorry I did not reply before always and I notice that your concerns have lessened. They say a week is a long time in politics and I will extend that to the stock market so a year is masses of time to get the position sorted. Personally I believe that once the results are announced in November the shares will be far more liquid (I anticipate this will happen before then) and with the dividend yield it will be easy for shares to be returned to the retail market - this will all help to secure our position within the 250 which is absolutely where we want to be.

I agree about foreign earnings being worth more in £ gym, I was thinking more about cross border licensing issues with EU countries and potential account switching.

Hi gm, I would have thought that companies with international expose would face more issues but I am sure the market will take the opportunity to have a go at everyone.
