@CrudeTrader,
It is Doris job as CEO of BIVDA to Notify All Possible Stakeholders; Authorities including the NHS about the opportunities and positive things about Genedrive and other BIVDA members. However, it is Not Doris job to Notify All possible Stakeholders; and Authorities including the NHS information that she knows to be Untrue/Lies. Ethically she would not do this, and would Not benefit from doing this either.
Getting the Facts and the Truth out there is Paramount, and this what BIVDA do - Doris stated that our AIHL Test - 'Just needs to be implemented as a 'no-brainer' ' and also said:- 'Will do everything I can to support & push this through, its such a great example of how diagnostic tests can make such a difference to families an quality of life'
BIVDA - 'The Voice of The Industry' !!
BIVDA’s External Affairs Team champions the IVD industry to politicians, policymakers, media and relevant stakeholders to ensure the voice of our membership is heard across the UK and EU.
At the heart of everything we do lies an ambition to improve patient outcomes by increasing the adoption of IVDs within the NHS. Therefore, we spend considerable time engaging with NHS England, NHS Improvement, NICE, MHRA, Government, Parliament and the Civil Service, about the key challenges and opportunities facing the industry.
Our external affairs activity includes the dissemination of policy briefings, providing evidence to Parliamentary select committees, responding to Government consultations, facilitating communication between BIVDA members and policy makers and providing information and advice about the IVD industry.
Through building relationships and forming partnerships with our stakeholders, we work in collaboration to ensure that IVDs can play their part not just in the diagnosis of conditions, but in prevention and treatment of disease too.
