That's $1.1m per case that could be effectively assured against by offering a test which the hospital would still charge for.
So it's a win-win for the hospital/medical schemes.

But this market would probably be dwarfed by a similar qualification for the Stroke assay.

I think it will be a raise as he'll do it at 6p or there abouts and then the NICE news will give the sp a lift and the ii's that bought at 6p can easily sell at say 12p and double their money.
''It's almost a no brainer to take the shares at 6p'' when you know that good news is pretty much nailed on a month or so later.
Raise in say Jan, good news in Feb, ii's exit with double their money and LTH's are left holding the baby yet again as they are stuck with high averages.

Yes the below does state that the £2mil cost would include - 'to accelerate the commencement of US studies'

The US market is considered to have an attractive legal and clinical landscape for the Group's AIHL assay but any launch there would require FDA approval. FDA approval and US registration is not funded by the Placing however, should the Company raise a minimum of £8 million via the Placing and the Open Offer, the Company's intention would be to accelerate the commencement of US studies, and expects that £2 million would be the total cost for the FDA submission and approval process.

It would be good to know the full costs of FDA Approval for our AIHL Test ?
I have found some information on line, but unsure how the fee's apply to our Genedrive application ?
I thought Genedrive had said that the cost for FDA Approval/Application is around £2mil, however the fee's I have seen do not seem to add up to anything like this amount ?
I will look into this a bit further.

It would be good to hear positive news over the next couple of weeks, giving our SP a further Boost, that is for sure !

I do wonder whether our Institutional Investors did not vote at the AGM because they believe that voting our David Budd/Dr Ian Gilham out. would not be good for our Business/SP? and therefore opted to not vote either way.
Also by not voting it could be that their Non votes is a warning for 'Not raising funds through a Placing', but to gain Funding through other routes open to us? - Just my thoughts?! - It would be interesting to know the feedback our BOD's receive from their enquiries?!
I would have thought that our BOD's will concentrate their enquiries towards the circa 90% of Shareholders that did not vote at our AGM, prior to the circa 3% of Shareholders that voted against David Budd and/or Dr Ian Gilham being re-elected?
We know we have sufficient funds to run at least towards the end of our 2023 financial year, and that includes using a prudent forecasting basis that excludes all revenues.
We expect significant revenue traction to be achieved by end of June 2024 - and using prudent forecasting this forecast does not include any revenue through sells before June 2024?

So how much Funding do we actually need?
If we include a further £1mil Development Tax Refund in January 2024, - then just maybe we only need funding of around £3mil to take us into June 2024? (Excludes FDA Approval fee for our MT-RNR1).
If the FDA were to award us the De Novo approach for our MT-RNR1 Test, it would be interesting to know whether the cost of submission is less than the cost through 510(k)? I believe that our Worlds First MT-RNR1 Test qualifies for the De Novo regulatory application route?

And we have No Debt.
