100,000 Babies born in the UK each year, need Neonatal Care, and the majority of these need Anti Biotics.
So if 80,000 babies Tested = 80,000 x £80 per Test = £6,400,000 Test Sells Each Year, in the UK alone.

Someone on here worked out 555 Machines could be sold in the UK:-
555 X £5000/Machine = £2,775,000 in Machine Sales, in the UK alone. (This cost can be covered by Paying slightly more for the each Test to cover the cost of buying our Machine)

555 Machines x £750/Machine Maintenance charges = £416,250 Each Year, in the UK alone.

Then Europe 5 Times the above !!!
Then USA also 5 Times the above !!!
Then Australia and Rest of the world ?!!

Besides the obvious benefits to Baby patients through our AIHL Test - The NHS will save circa £5.8mil per year in not having the cost of Cochlear Implants!!!

They say for the NHS to find ways around not paying there upfront costs.

Well we know for example that GDR offer an alternative to buying our machine up front!!
For a few pounds more per Test, they can have the use of our Machine without buying it upfront!!

I have just read your post - Thank you for Posting.

I am buoyed by the current position We/GDR are in!!
Our AIHL Test being the 'First in the World' has just received preliminary recommendation from 'NICE', and I am certain we will receive Full recommendation from 'NICE' by the end of March 2023 - Not long to wait now!!

Also the FDA is due to give Feedback on our AIHL Test PRE Submission soon too!!

And then of course we have 'NICE' - includes Genedrive CYP2C19-ID Kit in new Diagnostics Assessment Programme (DAP).
The DAP will assess the clinical and cost-effectiveness of Clopidogrel genotype testing, including any advantages of point of care testing vs central lab-based testing, in order to make recommendations on its use in the NHS.

Genedrive's new CYP2C19 Kit is targeted for completion in Q1 2023 and will require approval under the new IVDR regulations.

Well I have not seen any evidence that someone close to the company 'did not' tell Bruno that sells had started - that person close to the company could well of passed on in-correct information to Bruno, as far as I know?!!

I also believe that our SP should set a new low at around these levels, as we now know that our Antibiotic Induced Hearing Loss Test has received preliminary recommendation by NICE!!
News of EU interest in our AIHL Test to come too - FIRST in the WORLD Test!!

Feedback from the FDA on our AIHL Test 'Pre Submission' should be released sooner rather than later, and details from NICE review of our Stroke Marker Test CYP2C19 is not far away now either!!

A NICE RNS stating that we have covered our cash run away through the alternative methods they stated, (Non-dilutive alternatives to a Share Placing; Reducing Cash Run away, and Grant Applications in process) would give our SP a Massive boost, and please Shareholders Massively too!!

We know our BOD's are concerned about Shareholders being unhappy from the circa 90% of Investors abstaining from voting in the latest AGM (Dec 2022).
Our BOD's have stated that they will be discussing the issues with those Shareholders that did not vote, and I believe top of the issues list will be the concern over another Dilutive Share Placing?
I believe these discussions will start with institutional investor bodies, as the top 25 Shareholders count for >50% of Shares held - Our Chairman, 'Dr Ian Gilham' is included in this Top 25 Shareholders list!!
It is obviously easier to get Majority Shareholder Feedback by talking to these Top 25 Shareholders first, before starting any discussions with thousands of PI's?

As stated in my last post 'My thoughts and hope, is that we raise sufficient funds through the above mentioned methods, and that a Share placing is not necessary!!'

You sold at circa 21p, and I believe from your non shareholding Posts that you now need our SP to drop below your sell price, to justify your buy back in, hence your persistent insistence that there will be a share placing?
Generally shareholders do not want a share placing, and our BOD's have taken this on board.
They have said that they are looking into other non-dilutive alternatives to raise funds. They have also said that they have scope to reduce the cash run away significantly. Russ Shaw stated that the cost of developing a product averages £125,000 per product, per month, and they work on 2 products at any one time = £250,000 per month of our £400,000 cash run away is spent on Product development - With both of our new Products in NICE review, and Russ Shaw stating that it is easy to see where savings in cash run away can be made (repeated by David Budd) - savings here alone could stretch our cash in bank until the end of this calendar year!!! (interestingly they have never told us of the cost to develop products before - makes sense to tell us now)!!
Russ Shaw also said that they have applied for Grants.
My thoughts and hope, is that we raise sufficient funds through the above mentioned methods, and that a Share placing is not necessary!!
Debt in terms of Bonds etc are certainly not a bad thing when you are certain that regular revenue will be coming in through the NHS - just for starters - and GDR has a successful history of raising cash through debt!!

Yes it Good to know the best method of communicating with Nice, and getting a reasonably quick response.
Hopefully 50p SP by the 30th March/The NICE Final published Approval Report, would be Great!!!

I was not expecting the NICE preliminary Approval, and would not be surprised if the Final Approval arrived before the 30th March !!!

When we signed up the Mighty Beckman Coulter as our Distributor and Test Result Analyser for our PCR Test, in the USA (must be a couple of years ago now) I was asked by a Poster named Magsy to post my calculations that showed the ''POTENTIAL'' Mcap of GDR with Beckman Coulter on Board, which I did, and I clearly stated 'POTENTIAL'' No Guarantee ever mentioned. And this Potential included various calculations pending various Potential sell quantities.

'Incognito the False' did not like the thought that GDR could 'Potentially' be this successful with Beckman Coulter on board, and has Posted his Blatant Lies ever since - Attacking and Bullying Positive Posters along the way - He is a 'Compulsive Proven Liar' - QED

Genedrive BOD's are Looking at other alternative ways to raise funds other than a Placing of Shares - They are Looking at Non-dilutive ways of raising money; reducing cash runaway and applied for Grants !!

Our Cash runway of £400,000 per month includes £125,000 per month for each Product in Development - with 2 Products in Development any any one time - That is £125,000 x 2 = £250,000 per month Development costs. Easy to see how cash runaway can, and could have already been be reduced significantly !! - stretching out our available funds !!

Would of course be Great to see GHIF or the Like invest a pot of money in our 'First in World' AIHL Test - without the need for a Share Placing !!!

A Debt/Bond issue is not a bad thing when you know that selling AIHL Tests to the NHS is nailed on. And I believe selling to the NHS will be nailed on way before our cash actually runs out !!

Blimey if we were to save £200,000 on Development costs per month alone this would double the time we have cash in the bank - That alone would take us at least until the end of this calendar year !!!

Answering a Question in the Genedrive Full End of Year Results 2022 Presentation (Presentation date 21st November 2022), on the Timeline for our FDA Pre Sub - David Budd said that 'I suspect we will get Feedback from the FDA in late Jan, Early Feb 2023' - So should not be too long now !!
