I do not think that it is necessarily so that Doris-Ann Williams MBE has been buying up GDR Shares over the last few weeks (if this is what you meant?). She is registered with NICE as a stakeholder in our MT-RNR1 ID KIT, in other words she has a professional interest in the use of our Test .
As a Registered Stakeholder she has received the NICE Consultation Document early, and as I read it she is saying that after reading the NICE Consultation Document -'It is a No Brainer' that our MT-RNR1 Test is pushed through by NICE as a recommended use in the NHS'?!!

Our 'GDR SPACEX' Rocket is in 'Steady Simmering Mode' - Well Primed for the 'Perfect Storm Ahead', just waiting for our 'Captain David Budd' to confirm our co-ordinates and plot our course !!!

Got the consultation document early as a registered stakeholder. Will do everything I can to support & push this through, its such a great example of how diagnostic tests can make such a difference to families an quality of life.

NICE review of our system goes to public consultation early this week as part of their new Early Value Assessment programme for innovative new technologies. Unfortunately there isn’t a “no brainier” decision pathway, but I like your sentiment!

In our 21st November 2022 Presentation (For our Final Results 2022) - David Budd said that we are Expecting feedback from the FDA on our Pre-Sub AIHL Test in late Jan/early Feb 2023.

I have always believed in our BOD's, in particular David Budd and Dr. Ian Gilham, and our Employee Teams in R&D.
So David is fine by me !!

I believe they did an amazing job signing up Beckman Coulter to Distribute our PCR Test and Analyse the Test Results through their Labs, in the USA.
We were so unlucky when the FDA decided they had Approved enough PCR Tests, which meant that our PCR Test did not complete the Full FDA review process, and no one would buy our PCR Test without Full FDA Approval.
Our BOD's took this hit, and have now launched our First in the World AIHL Test, and NICE are reviewing our new CYP2C19 Stroke Marker Test !!

AIHL UK:-
NHS National commissioning (which is cash) is out of our control, but once in place it makes buying more of a routine activity in the NHS

The Four things that needs to be in place, to make selling of our AIHL to the NHS - a straight forward process:-
David Budd said 2 of the below 4 are already in place and the other 2 are in process:-
. In the absence of National commissioning (which means cash) Trusts need to establish the funding themselves which currently (21st Nov 2022), is on going.
. A very Positive Health Economic story (I take this to mean a breakdown of the reported £5.8Mil the NHS would save using our AIHL Test over the cost of Cochlea Implants etc), would allow Budgets to be put into place and Purchasing to follow.
. A ’NICE’ Recommendation
. Reference sites using the Product

David said:- We are Working with Independent Economic Modellers to develop a 'Spread sheet' or a 'straight forward analysis tool' that can illustrate very effectively the net savings to a Hospital, or a Hospital system or the NHS as a whole

Taking the view that for every share bought a share is sold (Quite a large disparity above though?), = 17,062,788 shares have changed hands over the past 8 Trading days or 18.4% of the 92,542,446 in issue
Wow that is a lot of our shares changing hands in such a short time.

If someone is building a stake they would need to report their holding should it go above 3%, and I believe they should do this within 3 trading days? A TR1 would need to be Raised.

Although I believe a business or businesses would be interested in bidding for GDR, I do think this would happen once a better idea of Product sells are known? However, I would not be surprised if someone decided to bid for us on our prospects either ?

Oops sorry meant to say the average cost to develop an assay is £125,000 per month - total of £250,000 per month when working on 2 assays per month.

In our 21st November Presentation - Q&A section - Our CFO Russ Shaw, in reply to a question on Fund Raising, said:-
We have the option of reducing our cash runway; also they are Looking at alternative Non-Dilutive Options, and we have Grant applications in process as well.
He also said that the average cost of developing an assay is £250,000 per month, and development takes somewhere between 12-18 months per Assay - we work on developing 2 assays at a time. even when an Assay is developed, like our AIHL there is still a team working on this assay introducing s/w improvements etc.

Our usual cash runway is about £400,000 per month, and therefore easy to see how our cash runway can be reduced, and our cash balance stretched to last longer, should it be necessary !

The above also shows that we are looking at alternatives to raise funds other than an Equity issue !!

It would be Great to see:-
. GHIF or the like come in to support our first in the world Assay's !!
. Grants awarded
. Maybe even a Financing Partner

David Budd did say:-
We previously indicated that we planned to wait until we could fully fund our application for AIHL with the FDA. But We have now identified some Partners in the USA that can support us to make the overall process more cost effective !

Well worth listening to the Presentation again, and a again - there is a lot in there !
