Even if it was somehow written in that Ukraine territory would be under Russian rule, how is Russia to enforce it? They failed in the east for some 8 years, had to pour massive amounts of money and equipment in to Crimea and rely on topographical land features. Russia will be under never ending constant attack anywhere on Ukraine soil. It will drain an unlimited amount of resources.

The simple ones that only slavishly follow something like the FTSE100 [transient] list are aimed at simple investors. My own research showed them to be useless for proper income returns since they invest in a stock which just marginally drops out forcing a sell at a loss and no divvies, and not seeing a return back from a dip.
