my rr is alarmed for 190 to look at a 200 exit, I am hoping to see that on G7 announcement. The 200 was the trajectory pre lockdown 1 and the non-engine side is getting pretty strong.

I bought some Rolls this morning too - that is lth. I am expecting rr to shoot up as other parts of the world begin flights again within the local regions, not so much long haul. rr will only benefit. Also, redundancies have been concluded and reallocation of staff underway. I understand they are now gearing up to deliver return to flight operations in spring for certain areas like SEA and China/SEA.

livepari, I don't know - this all looks just a little bit too good. I suspect that this is pi day trading and as the news cycle goes, there will be an inevitable knock back - and I do believe the city boys are just hovering and waiting to pounce. Alternatively, a G7 announcement on vacc passports and then it would require a very significant negative news story or very significant intervention from the city to push it back to the 170s.
lth, non of that matters. But an entry point for a lth, doesn't look right to me at this moment.

Another thing good about iweb, they havn't changed the user interface for many years, in other words they are not like some online resources that are constantly changing the user interface so that you are having to relearn everything and adjust to new layouts. They get a very big vote from me for that. Only grip is extended login - 3 stage but at least there is no mobile phone 2 stage, not yet.

Well, for all the heckling and mocking of me, I did say that there wouldn't be much of a response to the results! I am
expecting a retrace based on something quite different, iis playing pis. And nothing I have seen so far over the last couple of weeks or today changes my mind. It is becoming more a case of not if, but when. Looks like results day has not been used as a cover, and looking at the amount of pi money pouring in at the moment, no reason for the iis to bank the money yet.

ModMan, iWeb fluffed two of my trades this morning before the 15s timeout so I suspect there was a high volume of traders, if not volume of shares traded. One of the reasons to get out with a quick profit, the sp more a result of pis than iis perhaps? I get live prices as an app on a smart phone with investing.com which appear to be about 5s slow based on market open response.

One of those days, 1st computer decided it didn't start properly so has gone into startup repair that can take hours. Backup computer decided to install updates and performa clean. Online with seconds to spare before opening of market. Still, grabbed a little mark up for the morning bounce.

Where the longer term holding buy price will be, I don't know, might not even occur today. There was a lot of work preventing the slide yesterday so I want to see whether the traders come into alingment and today or whether the stall is set up for the budget. It does look like a large part of the market is trying to underpin the share at upper levels. but it does 'feel' like there is a very heavy weight on top of the spike.

They are not worth it. And there is nothing wrong with my mentality, there are a lot of variables to consider when getting into this trading business and personal preferences must be set aside to avoid being led down blind alleys.

If only the politics could be kept out of it. The commission is out to screw us over every way they can at every opportunity. The fact BA is part of a Spanish company is irrelevant. The commission will simply instruct IAG to dispose of BA or put the EU flag on the tail fin! I've been around these people, they own us Brits and every asset we have. Full stop. Why isn't the potential ban aimed at Scandinavian countries, US, middle east or Africa. Why are they not listed?

Medi, I've touted this a number of times but just got abuse. This is the reality of EU and very possible. One of the things that could go wrong with IAG share, Europe enters in to a conflict with UK. They do laugh at me. Few people understand the depth of utter hatred against the Brits within the EU core both for not adopting the EU and thrn carrying out Brexit. They ate looking for any opportunity to kick it off. They hate us to a hysterical level.
