Now with just one day of alternative narrative questioning the experts claims, they are umming and ahhing or have just gone very quiet.

The failure to question the experts is showing through as a major error, because as they are questioned now their predictions and evidence is being found out ot be wanting. As long as the expert network stays together and keeps to the script, the narrative holds. But the SA didn't this time round and the whole house of cards is falling apart. From day 1, DAY 1, the information about omicron told a different story but this was rejected by the northern hemisphere that attempted to carry on with control of the narrative. To date, that has been the position because of the trust afforded experts not seen to have an agenda. But questions were being asked and many of the scientists and experts do have agendas. And when you get into the climate change fraud, there are mega agendas and mostly entirely political with no science in sight. Everyday on this board from the very start of omicron has been under attack thanks to the SA information. This spread all over social media and the exact same situation is being played out across the globe. The plebs have called out the experts whilst the powers have held onto them. But the whole apple cart is being turned upside down and this is why the rioting is going to be far more intense. People this time round KNOW they are being lied to and their freedom and liberty denied for no good reason. Keep out of London and city centers this new years eve, there is going to be very serious violence all over the world.

The next key data is to come from Imperial modelling yesterday/today/tomorrow. It didn't come through yesterday (durrr) so hoping today. If it is honest and true, and I think some people within the community have got the heads up on the early numbers hence the narrative change, then the 8% will be seen. Actual publication date could be today or tomorrow but not expected to be latter. - already showing 2% on the day, speculating hedging? If Imperial try and disaster scenario the data, it will be leaked and pulled to pieces this time round and the whole expert tower of cards will come down - it sort of is at the moment with the unusual sight of the experts being questioned directly.

First the LSE page on a mobile device was rendered practically unusable with pop up adverts all over the screen. Sidebar ads have also made the laptop web page a bit of a mess covering up parts of the links at the bottom of the page now. And this morning, video boxes are now popping up on every refresh. These are by far the most annoying of all popups as they have very distracting moving images. The sidebar and bottom bar pop up windows are constantly trying to refresh and 'blinking' to the extent that the laptop web pages is now a horrible mess.

A classic example of trying to cash in with onscreen advertising that nobody links to or takes notice of except where it destroys what was attractive about the website. These pimple popping web page designers never get it right. A clean web page with one well targeted ad is many more times likely to get interest that slamming dozens of pop ups in a desperate attempt to get just one click through. If there is a feedback link anywhere, these developers need to be told in no uncertain terms what a mess they are making. It is unusable on a small screen, now it is becoming unusable on a big screen.

No, it was always the case that if you had the symptoms you called in sick until they subsided. If everybody testing positive is isolated for a more contagious cough/cold/flu then the entire economic system will collapse. I remember in years past when there would be a significant flu outbreak and there would be news reports of the odd school closing or some disruption to various services due to staff absenteeism. The answer was to introduce an annual flu jab that most times is able to predict what the dominant strain will be and shutdowns were avoided.

With omicron, you are also ignoring the fact that most people who get it don't have any symptoms, what symptoms people so present are mild and the most extreme effects are showing in people who are unvaccinated for the most part. You are arguing to stop the spread of a virus. That is not possible, it can not be done and is a fool's errand. It may well be concluded overall that there was an error in strategy globally that all of the lockdowns ultimately had no benefit and only did damage to people lives.

The penny is dropping, the isolation is the issue not the effect of the virus on health. Cutting down to 7 days is not enough, we need it down to two or three as somebody would do if they had the flu. If you have symptoms, isolate, otherwise no excuse and get back to work!

It is the totally unnecessary isolation if you test positive that is turning a non-event variant into a disaster. Totally talked ourselves into this mess. First the media storm over gathering making some feel guilty or risky doing this year's Christmas dos, then the insistence to ignore the SA data and continue as before with panic, doom and horror. The whole narrative of these people is playing on the unknown. The SA information was there from day 1. The experts have a lot to answer to here.

Not today, maybe tomorrow, but very, very soon. I jumped on the very significant change in the narrative, quite reasonable me thinks. That hasn't changed and most certainly checked further lockdowns today. Every day now gives strength to the data about mild effects. Where the experts played for time, that is now working against them as each day strengthens the mild argument. The experts are politicized, I think they have become zombified by the media too and ended up playing to the TV gallery. But there seems to be just enough voices in the cabinet, less Lord Frost, to keep some sort of reality in the debate.
