Your calculating profit Hexam. A profit of 100% of 142 is 142+142=284 (no calculator used). However, to get from 142 to 284 you need a (mathematical) % rise of 200%. 100% for the first start value, and a further 100%. The rise is a mathematical 200%, but the profit is 100%. VP was not giving a rise to 300, he was saying it would require a PROFIT of 111%. They are two very different things.

I am sitting here with a ****ing calculator. I am tapping out the numbers. To 'rise' from 142 to 300 it has to be multiplied by 211%. Every single person can try it for themselves and verify that as fact. Are you telling us your calculator is giving you a different number? I've even given you the formula to calculate NUM. except Hexam, you have reduced the final price by 142. 158 as a % of 142 is 1.11. But 300 as a % of 142 is not 111%. You are starting from a different base.

To 'rise' from 142 to 300 you have to perform 142x211% to get 300. Put it is a calculator. Try it. If you type 142x111% you get 157.62.

Anybody out there can tap the numbers into a calculator and see for themselves. If the sp rise 20% starting from 150, what will the new price be? 180. The sp is 20% higher than it was before. To get there you have to raise the starting price by 120%, not by 20%.

VP is doing 142+142x1.11 which is not the same as the original 142 at the beginning is 100% of the amount to be increased.

If you want 142 x NUM = 300, rearrange, NUM = 300/142. NUM = 2.11, or 211%

It is kinda pre school stuff.

The current sp of IAG is 142.48. Any prediction made from the 1st quarter of 2021 has been completely superseded by exceptional events such as the delta variety of covid2019. It is absolutely laughable to carry forward any predictions from that time. And even more laughable is your 100% sp difference between today and any 300p prediction. 142.48/300*100=47.49. The difference is 47.49%, not 100%. That just goes to underline how inconsequential your contribution is and why people should ignore anything you say. And you have repeated this 100% difference twice now. You are doubly stupid.

Why are some of you so fixated on a sp from very early last year? Why specifically one single individuals sp prediction? I am genuinely fascinated to examine minds of these people. Repeatedly citing this detail is clearly a defensive reaction. Something is troubling these people. Some about what I say is spooking these people. These people are actually afraid of me. They have to erect this weird shield of false prediction to protect themselves. There is a truth and a reality of how small and insignificant they are, and in someway I confront them with their minimal existence. Now, try and get the raw data used before it was processed and weighted so an independent assessment can be made. The data will never be released even under freedom of information orders. That is the case for many requests in the past. None of these institutions ever release the raw data, indeed the Mann et al team deleted the data discs to avoid independent scrutiny [they claim it was accidental or discs were lost, yet are still able to use the data in future fake data sets!].

And the other thing you will never see in the public domain, the raw data compared to the processed data. The data used is weighted and manipulated as they claim to adjust for environmental variables, such as changing skyline. There is no external refereeing or auditing of anything from these cc centers. All you get from them is requests for more and more money.

This is an interesting twist. Climate change policy has a massive impact on the airline sector and it is going to impact in an increasingly negative way. There has been a growing movement of people questioning the claims of the cc lobby and every single cc claim has been debunked in various places by various groups. Note how the article immediately links people who question cc with anti vaxxers, 'conspiracy' theorists and the right wing. These identities are promoted as the worst of the worst in order to make sure people switch off and put up the strongest internal barriers before exposure to any material. Would you risk being outed and losing your job because you opened a 'right wing' 'conspiracy' website previously used by 'anti vaxxers' because you wanted to read what exactly is being said by the so called deniers, just out of passive interest? That is the state of things at the moment. And post covid the authoritarian cc stasie are already moving in to quash any debate or any truths breaking through to the masses, just like the cover up of the SA omicron data. Omicron war. There are now real world truths being reported all over the place that omicron is not leading to any appreciable stress on health services that in the many areas were hardly sophisticated in the first place.
