RE: Taken the plunge2 Mar 2022 09:43
From before the ingress I posted from my own sources the Russian force was having fuel trouble with frozen fuel lines and problems with getting through mud. It has clearly gone from bad to worse. Any mobile unit going towards battle has a supply chain which must be the highest priority. The Russians have barley made it a few tens of miles and they are out fuel, food and many have no idea what the mission is it is revealed. A demoralized army is a very vulnerable army. New supplies of lethal hardware will be arriving around now to the Ukraine forces who can now move out from defensive positions to attacks on the parts of Russia.
Now there will be further territorial losses, able Russian forces will be focused at targets to at least chalk up victories to use as leverage in negotiations. Russia has very little leverage at the moment.
Nato is missing a trick here. The Russian army is clearly nothing it is bigged up to be. There is an opportunity to destroy a very large part of it right now under legitimate defence mandate, including deep into Russia.
Meanwhile, whispers are heard in the inner circle. Putin will be getting increasingly paranoid. He will set people against each other unsure who might be against him. The damage he is doing will be filtering through to the inner circle. When Germany finally states they will no longer buy oil, then Putin will be finished, either by coup [multiple] or executed.
