Be weary about getting too bullish. When an operating RNS use the words, "Significant challenges and delays" you need to take note and be realistic. Covid is the greater variable here at the moment!!!

One to keep a sharp eye on, China covid policy changes. From the warnings in the RNS I expect that to have a much bigger impact than the war.

Auditor news is good, but there are some worrying paragraphs in there. The operations are ongoing but the market to sell in to is clearly severely hampered not only due to sanctions but China's zero covid policy is also having a major impact. It sounds like bullion and concentrate is piling up and the situation will peak in September.

I can see how some will wave the flag on this, but there are some significant warnings in there about bullion market conditions. That was probably written in yesterday to the sp so I see a small sp rebound but not much.

Once the dominoes start to fall, it is very difficult to stop it and the exit of businesses is accelerating. Nobody wants to get caught out with any possibility of guilt by association. I can't see how layers can force trading of a share.

This was a perfect exercise demonstrating how the propagandists (Putin's apologists) twist, distort, invert, fake, lie and invent in a desperate attempt to muffle out truth and reality. Busted!

Well I've already said S due and that was without talking to imaginary friends inside the company! The BOD will not be gambling on when the war will end with a belief things will go back as they were. They will be assessing just how toxic ANY asset in Russia looks, how long that might last for (decades) and what value keeping toxic assets will return against a fire sale. Even if there was no war, mining companies are always looking at acquisitions and disposals. This conflict has a far higher weighting than most variables. As with South Africa in the apartheid days, being connected in any way was economic suicide. This is rapidly becoming the issue with Russia, having any part of your company associated is toxic. And as post war revelations come out expect tat toxicity to grow. Best cut the Russian assets now and invest in other licences.

Of course, there is the possibility of some smart money maneuvering on this. But the volume has/is so low I suspect it will be a single investment club or individual rather than iis playing it. iis are locked in at the £10+ level, and the volume is a very long way off indicating they are averaging down.

It points to a basic spooked market valuation based on sentiment and fear of the unknown.

RR was recovering to my break even but has drop again and 4.5% today, that could be my dry powder to average down a bit. Buy target 155??
