One small caveat on Ukraine being pressured into any kind of deal that leaves Russia rewarded i any way. Do you really think that will b the end? The stark answer is no. The ambitions of Putin, and his closed inner circle including successors, is ever more land grabs. Ukraine is just one stop on a long list. This is why defeat for Russia has a higher imperative than any knock on effects from the war economically. The Germans and others have been lucky to realise sooner rather than later the folly of ending up relying on Russia for energy. The friendly approach towards Russia has been warned against many times and has finally come true. That is the other side of the equation and it carries much more weight than any temporary ceasefire in Ukraine, because that is all any 'peace' deal will be until Russia false flags a treaty violation to qualify further ingres and land grab and move on to baltic states, Moldova and Poland. Like it or not, only one outcome will properly stop the aggressive tendencies of Russia.

Were these some of the generals moving to stop the war? ill it have an impact? The revolt gathers pace. Moscow is having to take more and more direct action.

Be under no illusions, this fight now begins proper. The delay in supplying the weapons has been hard, but they are now arriving and being put to use.

OK, let's stick our heads on the block. Coming up to week 7 from when the generals should have stopped it. The new weapons are now being reported in place and active. Sanctions biting harder and harder, less and less shiny things in the malls, more and more hard act getting through from the west, truth dawning on western Russians drip by drip.

It'll happen, just a matter of when. The generals know what's coming, when will they light the use back to the Kremlin? Yes it is repetitive but some would have you think Ukraine is instead going to roll over and cede territory in a negotiated settlement. That isn't going to happen.

As the sp dropped, given the spreads we have seen, and given I have had no intention of buying more at any price, I did muse the idea of selling one share to take advantage of a 1.55 buy if it arose (which would have meant a mid sp somewhere down in the 140s with big spreads). The opportunity didn't arise. And? Why does this upset you?

And nobody has provided any answer to my concern that bullion is piling up and is by implication more vulnerable. Instead of just snapping, answer the pont. What happens when the present secure facility is full? The company specifically flagged up logistic issues moving the product. If anybody is looking for stock tips, the airlines and travel has been hammered and there might still be some more downside. But recovery into next summer, shocks aside, make the sector very interesting.

Those that read between the lines will be well aware, I respond to the same never ending challenges, and no matter how many times, I will respond. Key word - RESPOND. Of course olps, how very convenient. Those who answer back to the Russian propagandists pushing for Ukrainian appeasement as an obligation should be silenced. As for ending the war, I have never claimed the Generals WILL stop the war. Since May 9th, a milestone opportunity to halt the war, I have asked the question how long Russian generals will allow the warto carry on because it isn't going to be stopped in the Kremlin. I, and others, note how you twist things around.

I've mentioned Howitzers a couple of times, but I think that was weeks ago when the announcement of their deployment was made. I think I have been more vocal about the delay in actual real world deployment, a real world thing. And I have recently updated what is happening in the real world since it directly impacts on Poly. Unless you want to continue to be one of those claiming the war is not connected in anyway shape or form to the company.

You can roll up all of my history into one condensed splurge and score cheap thumb up witit. But explain why specifically target me? If I was ramping away fantasy prices and presenting a completely false picture of a problem free world with no issues, what you would say about me then?
