No apparently we are DI holders as per the EGM notice. It doesn't make any difference as there are no disadvantages, I just didn't know it.

I don't know why I hadn't noticed this but I wasn't aware that my shares were 'Depository Interests' and therefore my broker had to complete a Form of Direction on my behalf in order to register my votes. I've never had to do this before has anyone else seen this or was I just not paying attention?

N4P is a classic all or nothing share. Completely reliant on Nuvec which - one whiff it's not effective and it's curtains for the whole operation unfortunately.

Maybe it's the multi millionaire BUTD .. his next post will have a PT of 40p

Morning BUTD. That's a bit of an aggressive post for someone who is not emotionally attached (maybe you're just a bit small in stature). I think you've most likely got a position here hence the daily posts repeating the same points. This is absolutely fine, I am not ignorant of the pitfalls of biotechs either but I don't really think there's any need to come onto a chat board proclaiming your intellectual superiority and making yourself look a bit unhinged.

Given by their previous level of comms I would say no, don't expect anything!

I am more relaxed about this share than any of my others - my holding is free and I have used the profits from earlier sales to buy into other companies. This is AIM and as you say a punt, however you are that curious type of poster who holds no position but comes back to repeat a rather tired argument, which I find strange. An 'interested party' you say but it wouldn't surprise me if you bought here again at which point suddenly the 'technicals and fundamentals' would suddenly be all bullish.

Looks like a repeat of Tuesday. Broker puts the scare tactics on and people wet themselves and Quested takes another couple of million shares.. nice.

BUTD 'technically' made 250k here but we all know that just more bs - a bit like when he was wrong yesterday about there not being a buyer. Oh, and a bit like when he was wrong on multiple previous occasions about the SP when it kept going up in his face. A strange bitter man who has now resorted to tea leaves to try and back up his argument.

Could there also be some kind of combination of govt grant and equity raise if they thought the grant wasn't going to give them enough headroom to break even?

I have voted in favour. It was my understanding that the authorised share capital can be increased to 100k shares, not that they just immediately go and max out that amount.

Mr Quested has made a few quid out of Ali so going up to 8% is no surprise - he may even increase further. This is his holding in SLN from October, shares now trading ay 469p:

Just wondering if this Innovation lot will be working tomorrow, or do they do a half day on Friday in Tel Aviv? Could possibly mean an intra-day RNS. If they get the nod and loaned a few million I shall be buying more..

But what is your actual view, that the company is worthless? That they might do a rights issue? And so what? If it's alongside a contract I'll take up my rights. I've taken a solid 5 figure profit but happy to leave a solid 6 figure shareholding in my account because I don't happen to sh*t my pants when it doesn't go up day after day.

Funny - you didn't make any money on ETX on the way up, and unless you're short (which you're not) then you're not making any money when it pulls back. So you're not really adding anything are you..except a little bit of bitterness.
