I agree dallo I think they'll get the grant, however this won't be millions and it does say 'likely to seek access' so I'm taking that as a more than 50% chance. The part that TL highlighted earlier (now in contract negotiations for a new design order in the Summer for a complete hardware and software NIC solution for a Military/Aerospace tier-1 vendor) is also very interesting - if they can secure that contract in the next few weeks that would boost the SP and possibly assist in the price of any future raise.

Let's hope for high 30's harty. Management have been very upfront here, possibly more than they needed to be. MTFB the other day spiked up and they did a cheeky raise while the price was artificially high which was pretty shoddy. At least we mostly know what's on the table and this will become clearer over the next few weeks - don't envisage many holders throwing in the towel at this stage and I think any hit to the SP would have been today so hopefully will steady around here as people digest those numbers.

Yes plenty of options and only have to wait until first week of June for news on the government assistance. Let's say for arguments sake they do raise a couple of million quid and issue say 6 odd million shares I'm not sure 'diluted into oblivion' is how I'd describe it anyway. There would still be a very small free float but they would have the runway to make it to cash flow breakeven. It's not exactly PREM we're invested in here - they sell their kit for 3 grand a pop and in very large quantities with very large margins!

You could sell at 42 for quite a while after the announcement I just think the MMs weren't sure what to make of it - it was good news wrapped up with some bad but net net probably not much difference. I think this is the level that has attracted to most activity as I've seen a few buys close to 38 but also some selling at 36

Matt I always have 'concern' with a large holding - I think that's natural..however today's RNS has probably eased my worries more than anything. Sure I may get diluted a bit ..but I liked the story here at the IPO and as far as I can see the story is playing out as they hoped, maybe even better. I only really look to sell if the story changes or the market doesn't evolve as the company say, but this is set to be a top vendor in a big industry. I'll attend the EGM with interest

Matt I was the one that suggested it .. this is a discussion board and it was something that I thought was a possibility. Not sure if you're trying to pin me down for being wrong, but as far as I know you're allowed to suggest things to create a discussion and clarify thoughts by consulting other interested parties. If they raise a couple of million and the free float expands a personally don't have an issue as it proved clarity - breakeven has not been changed so I am still confident this co will deliver.

Yep I was one of the ones that suggested director loan. Hopefully we will see people like the CFO take some here as well as David maintaining his percentage. He won't be shatfing anyone owning 20 odd percent of the business and anyone looking at those forecasts will be happy to take more.

Well at least it forced them to give us some more meat on the revenue projections! 2k units at $3k a pop sounds alright..!

I don't think the year end narrative will but it - the old 'huge market opening up for our products' hasn't worked before. Needs another 1 or 2 significant revenue contracts to really do it imo - even the Evry and Fiberhome contracts are too vague for most investors as no numbers attached. We are in the minority reading between the lines at the moment

It was a buy from earlier.. still someone accumulating. Ali is very relaxed and probably more active on twitter than I would have expected (not on pharma stuff..general topics) .. who knows what's going on with ETX - the SP keeps grinding higher with no news to back it up!

Dallo regarding your point about broker coverage - I emailed the guy (A. Simms) at Arden last October and he wouldn't give me any hint as to when they were going to an updated broker note.. at the moment they have 'suspended coverage' which is pretty ridiculous considering they're the nomad. I would have thought that now there are revenue numbers and contracts coming in they would at least be able to cobble something together.

10k traded down in the auction - really no reason to do that as no prove improvement so I can't understand why it's happening.

Crikey - well that's a hell of an endorsement for the company! I think most people have gone well over their initial hold amounts mainly because the story has got increasingly convincing and they are now starting to get real traction with both US and Chinese customers. Just need the SP to start reacting in acknowledgement ..

This being my largest holding I hope you're right TL. Do you think the recent add-on contract will bring the cash-flow positive date closer? I know it's currently predicted to be H2 2021 but I just feel with such a high margin business any significant uptick in sales will see this come forward..
