Sorry having thought about it I've answered my own question - I guess they see it as an AON order so get the best price for the full amount. If you had said take out each level they would have broken up your order.

Yes still cheap - very strange that the supply that seems to be coming from PEEL doesn't seem to get taken out by large orders like yours, I can't figure it out. Surely best execution should assure that each layer of the ask is lifted, so if they had 20k at 44 you should get that plus 30k at the next level. Do you have a voice broker who could shed any light?

It's only PEEL at 44 so you may well take out that level. 3 MMs at 45.

Hi TL - I probably spend too much time on twitter but there seems to be a never ending supply of morons wanting to get rich in a couple of days. The amount of ramping / scalping that goes on is disgraceful really. I'm sure there are plenty of long termers but the trend over the past few years seems to be the herd stampeding from one hot sector to another. Anything remotely Covid related has shot up several hundred percent recently - all will end in tears as usual..

I think most people expect a buyout at some stage. David sold his last company for a fair whack so he's probably got his eye on a big payday at some point in the next few years - that's the only way they'll get me to sell is by forcing them out of my hands!

Yes it's weird - this is the first I've seen in the opening auction but there was one in the closing auction the other day and also some in the intra days. You usually have to pay more commission for an auction order so it does seem strange - maybe an overseas buyer?
