Hello all - just clarifying something in my mind regarding the contract negotiations from the 6th May update .. "and is now in contract negotiations for a new design order in the Summer for a complete hardware and software NIC solution for a Military/Aerospace tier-1 vendor which, on success, would lead to initial milestone revenue followed by recurrent multi-year revenue from 2021." Is that the contract that has been delayed for 6 to 12 months per the results last week?

Good confident statement from David but no surprises. Just need a few quid to tide them over to mass deployment!

Yes I agree .. would be rather embarrassing if they are sitting there scratching their heads at the feedback from a market sounding by VSA that was significantly below their expectations. Whilst you're musing dallo I was also wondering - as a rather large shareholder here would they not potentially be tapping up people like yourself for another injection of cash? Other placings that I've seen recently have had large holders included in the raise, although they were obviously under an NDA. The fact that you're posting on a chat board makes me assume you've not been approached?!

Yes if they are 'on the cusp' as they've been saying then it's just a case of keeping your percentage stable by participating in the raise (or buying more after if you don't get the opportunity). Technically they can sell 60 odd million shares following the resolutions passed on Monday, so even if they did a 15p raise they should only need to use half of that allowance. If the projections for cash flow are accurate then this should hopefully be a blip in history.

Sub 20 again .. this is going to get seriously ugly the longer they leave this funding unresolved.

I think that was out of hope more than anything longy.. It's by no means a sure thing they've got something up their sleeve, their track record on these things hasn't been great since they listed! It's possible they only instructed VSA to start the process yesterday in which case we're in for a proper shocker.

The 20k and 10k are buys I think - there's no quote to sell at all.

Yes all passed. There was clearly a disgruntled PI who voted against everything but everything passed with 99% votes. The China sales guy is called Louis Luo so they do still have a presence out there - I was quite reassured by David's comments although obviously I am setting myself up for a rug pull if they announce a horribly discounted placing tomorrow.

Yes the AIM has not been kind to Ethernity, apart from the initial valuation I suppose. Call begins in 30 minutes, I shall be joining although I don't think there will be anything discussed away from the matters listed.

Didn't realise Barak Perlman has left Ethernity - he moved to another company in March apparently. Starting to see a few things I don't like here now..he was a good CTO

Pretty sure they will give us some kind of news on funding next week - they must realise that the uncertainty is trashing the value of their company. Decisive action and a clear roadmap are required to stem the bleed. My belief is that VSA have been given the nod and will be gathering subscribers for a raise.

Well technically they can still suspend / delist and operate as an entity but just wipe out shareholders? However this would also wipe out a significant of David's money so not a likely outcome.

On another note - details of the call are being sent tomorrow? Is anyone joining on Monday?

I know TL has said that Israeli companies have a different way of doing things but I do think the way we're most likely heading is an equity raise. VSA capital have a bit of a grim track record and Ethernity are backed into a corner here - they have enough money for another couple of months and placings can be done quickly and cheaply. It's a bad time to be short of cash and if I was on the other side of the negotiating table to David I'd be feeling very confident.
