Dallo (or anyone else) have you seen this situation before where the fund such as Miton UK Microcap Trust have sold down yet the parent (Premier Miton) appear to still hold? I hope Premier Miton aren't planning on exiting as well otherwise we're in for more selling pressure.

So Miton UK microcap Trust have gone 'below 3%', but Premier Miton still hold 9%? Don't really understand this RNS to be honest

It will only head back up if there's consistent buying and you have to ask why would there be many buyers? You're knowledgeable about the market and the company, but nobody else knows Enet even exists .. there's nothing to alert investors to the company, news has been thin on the ground and no brokers have produced any research. The only thing I've seen on twitter is Tom Winnifreth calling it a 'screaming sell'. This is why even long term holders like longy aren't buying more at an all time low - people need to see more evidence and that can only come from contracts imo

Buy price seems to be getting cheaper as well. 12.18, 12.17, 12.16 last 3 buys so one of the MMs seems to want to shift a few off their books. We need a big open market buyer to clear them!

Yes looking a bit unloved here at the moment. Plenty of great trading opportunities in UK biotech though - sadly I wasn't in SNG but was holding MTPH which just had a huge day. I'm sure ETX will have its time in the limelight again.

Not sure if they do price stabilisation following a placing but very unlikely - looking at a few of the other recent ones done on PrimaryBid they seem to trade below the placing price unless there's some decent news in the days following. The Ethernity placing was small in comparison and taken up significantly by the directors so hopefully this will be different as there are more sticky holders. Having said that every time I think it can't go any lower it reminds me that it can..

Yes it's very much off the radar of the funds at the moment. This is old news but after the AGM a couple of years ago I chatted to another attendee who turned out to be Anthony Rawlinson (owns a bit of Verditek and is also a NED there) - I was very encouraged to have seen him there but unfortunately he never invested. He said he was waiting for the 'prove it' moment when words turn into revenues .. he has clearly still not seen this occur yet and I don't blame dallo at all for waiting as well. I'll be a much happier LTH if those warrant targets are reached but the SP won't just drift upwards without news.
