Tick up from me there, I agree (as does Terry Smith) that it's becoming more prevalent and is damaging to long term investors trust. Shame as the company is doing spectacularly well and I've been a shareholder since the outset.

Lovely trading update from SMA, company going great guns and potentially negotiating 2 mega contracts. Instis will be lining up for the new shares.

Good to see the NED taking salary as shares, shows good confidence and alignment with the company. Price is irrelevant, plenty of buyers this morning and he clearly thinks it's worth more than 17p

Have you been in touch with them since you've been in Israel TL? They always seem very receptive to meeting investors and always welcoming when I've been to AGMs etc

The huawei story is very interesting and at a minimum puts the scale of what is going to unfold in the market into the consciousness of the public. Whether Enet will benefit from their ban is up for debate but it's got to be beneficial they are neutral I'd have thought.

As an aside, you can ignore the musings of betterupthandown.. it seems to troll multiple boards with negative drivel - they have no position and have clearly missed that the directors put in a third of the money themselves.

Yes we'll have to disagree on that one - I just don't see how the SP will just automatically drift higher without a nudge. Markets are brutal at the moment and Enet has always been a bit unloved and misunderstood. It never gets tweeted about, the day traders are totally unaware of it and it makes something very complex for clients that want things kept opaque. Getting an upfront payment worth 20% of the market cap will however get people to take notice.

That's actually a GBP figure dallo so add on 25% for USD. It's going to take some news to get those warrants into play within 12 months so need some positive news from the testing or other contracts with revenue figs. The 'good' news of being so low is that from a 4m market cap it should be able to shift higher fairly rapidly.

Just had a contract note through and I got all the shares I asked for.. it wasn't loads but will still help getting average lower.

Yes noticed that as well - seems a decent idea and potentially gets more employees owning shares in Enet, I wonder how much take up they get. Would certainly be a good incentive for sales people .. "always be closing!"

Hmm I'm not sure you can just brush off a weak balance sheet just by saying people don't purchase directly from Ethernity. They must still be gunning for new business and I can't imagine people just ignoring the fact that they've got cashflow problems, so as dallo says they've either got something in their forecasts that shows this money is sufficient or they've made a bodge of it. If they are counting on getting these warrants into play they must have an idea what is going get the SP to triple in the near term..

Yes you can let them expire. If they get to the accelerator clause and you don't exercise them they 'll be cancelled.

Why are you buying online when you can get them at 12p with warrants?

Longy I've actually just spoken to my broker who said I can participate. Mainly to get my average lower I'm going to take some.. it's a bit begrudging as there are quite a few unanswered questions I have with this raise, but hopefully the risk will be rewarded. What a shambles we've seen play out here .. really embarrassing for Ethernity in terms of financial management.
