Hi Sergi, I actually hadn't seen forecasts of margins into 2023 and can't really answer your question - have you seen the VSA report? You can get it free off their website and has some quite interesting projections (although they seem very conservative in my opinion)

If there is a glimmer of truth in what GO has said, how would Juniper go about it? They couldn't just buy shares on the open market - possibly approach Cipio / Premier / 5g Fund to take a significant percentage first, or just go direct to David and Shavit and ask them to name a price? I'd be interested to know from GO if his telecom source is based in Israel?

Simple answer really - the number of shares they subscribed for would take them over 3% and they have not declared this, therefore the conclusion is they are selling and remain below the 3% threshold.

Yes we were flattered by the 39p close. Volume is the key for me I'm actually not as bothered if we drop back a bit - getting any churn of 5g fund shares / old warrants is hugely beneficial in my opinion

Can't understand it if they've sold at a loss, I don't think that can be the case. Mind you other subscription agreements that I've seen (by horrible firms like Yorkville etc) are a slam dunk for the lender and usually result in the market being flooded with shares. That's not the case with this one it seems but surely they are still in it to make some money.

252k and 181k delayed trades printed. This is great to see, if it's 5g offloading into strength then we're rising even with that overhang. Shame we couldn't stay above 40p as would have been the first day of the accelerator clause, I think people will still start to exercise voluntarily though
