Cobus Loots, CEO of Pan African Resources, on delivering sector-leading returns for shareholders. Watch the video here.
SB has been consistent in his dealings with Nominee Co's in as much as he does not provide them with any information. As they are the biggest single entities to hold shares it seems somewhat strange that they have heard nothing of the so called developments. That goes for both Hargreaves Lansdowne & Jarvis (XO)
I have followed this sorry saga from de-listing. Would I be correct in thinking that the Company have somehow worked through a consolidation or some type of corporate action since the de-listing ?
Hope for everyones sake that this is not yet another false alarm but have my doubts.
Someone with a more cynical disposition might suspect that SB & Co. wish to keep any pertinent info under wraps and just hope that PI's write off their investment thus letting them off the hook - so to speak . . . . . . perhaps I'm becoming more cynical in my old.
Yes - no patience required really in this scenario. Hard to see that a stampede for the exit might not ensue if listing happens though. So I wonder if there'll be any attempt at pre-listing PR or timely announcements of business concluded ahead of any listing. Not as if they've not had the time :-) Anyway back in the bottom drawer for a couple of months. GL
admit being slightly surprised that this enterprise is talking of being re-listed and quite so soon. Although I remain doubtful I will keep fingers crossed. Is there an RNS that states the intended date range ?
raison d'etre was to bring others Co's to mkt - oh the irony. Hey ho.
spat my coffee out "seek a regulated market listing in the short term" - short term ? Someone has a sense of humour ha ha.
silence tells you all you need to know. Emailed him prior to suspension and got replies. Emailed him a couple of months ago and nothing . . . . . . . . as ****ed off with the waste of time as cash lost. Cash can be replaced time cant.
understood that when initially suspended - arrangements were made for shares to be traded through a third party - happy to be corrected. It would under the circumstances have been better PR (fwiw) for Mr. Broadley to have that facility in place . . . . . ?
Duc996 - I won't be holding my breath on this one & I am involved in a couple of Bio's where patience kind of comes with the territory but I appreciate the sentiment. Thanks for your post. Well done and GL
Thanks for sharing . . . . . it will be interesting to see if SB graces you with any sort of reply : " I have just in case copied your email to CIC Fund Stuart J. Bromley whom informs me he know of your company well." I am one that has indeed written this off - not helped by SB's refusal to reply to email communication. Thanks again & GL.
Good luck with that - I wrote to SB a few weeks ago & got diddly squat, which if I'm honest wasn't a surprise. Kissed goodbye to funds I put in here but should I happen to bump into Mr. B on my travels - I will of course be keen to have a word or two.
