From the RNS 5th February. Full 27.2m dollars received by LMLB. But importantly no further mention of onward payment to KMUK.

I'd surmise two things from this.

1. LMLB may have had sufficient funds at pass all the initial payment to KMUK.

2. The balance of the payment looks like it was retained by LMLB to cover operating costs. So it's likely that opex is in the low millions per month

It will be interesting to see if this is repeated with the next shipment, which will help firm up actual costs prior to results.

I'm not sure why KMUK needs to be recapitalised before payments are made to the shareholders. Kmuk has very small expense lines. Bernard has stated that funds received into KMUk could be used for P2 or disbursed. So it will be interesting to see what happens.

Kat the legal issue goes back to 2023 as the big contract was signed in 2023.

Semnet had no white label capability then. I doubt very much if they have the scale to do white labelling yet.

Kat I think I have explained a few times on here that I work as a contract change director. So I understand these better than most.

White label in IT is just the same as any other industry. Credit cards are a good example. MBNA for example provide white label products for other credit card issues

Semnet may develop white label products and the recent white paper may well be the first step in that.

But what they were doing two years ago, and certainly the 36m contract certainly wasn't white labeling. It was bog standard service provision, or code up and box together other suppliers products and services and make sure they work efficiently for a period of time
