I'm not so sure that Hainan could stop money being returned to Kodal from KMUk Badomen.

Kodal had £16m cash and very little burn so 15m dollars isn't a critical amount.

Let's not forget Kodal itself is owed money from KMUK.

It's a shame that a better resolution hasn't been found but it's nowhere near terminal in any shape or form.

I'm interested to see what the counter claims are as well.

1. A licence has just been granted to a start up with no proven processes or customer base.

2. Said start up is backed by a business that employs 13 people in Lithuania and is a minnow by anybody's standard.

3. This business employs less people in total than GST and has nowhere near the experience in defi that GST does as a group.

4. GSfintech has recently been recapitalised and now has far more equity than the start up.

5. You seem to have a new sidekick who is seemingly unable to post on the board he used to spoil and is now using you to try to do the same here.

So all in all it makes the possibility of GST being accepted higher imo

What does confuse me is how they ever got to 16% shareholding.

From checking the RNS, the last disclosure was a 4.7% holding in January 2024

Sp has held up remarkably well given Cantor Fitzgerald have sold 8% of the total company in the past couple of weeks

Looking at the daily volume, I doubt they have been released to retail so wonder if we will get any more TR1's.

Nope Chaebol you implied they were some form of major entity in Lithuania.

Their profit was less than 300k euro in 2023 and miraculously grew about 7 fold in 2024 without any revenue figures being provided.

So the reality is a start up with no customers or proven processes, majority owned by a very small FS house in Lithuania, has just been granted a mica licence.

Possibly bodes well for GST I would say.
